Claims (9)
- 규소와 알칼리 금속 불화물을 포함하는 반응 혼합물로부터 규소를 재생하기 위한 방법에 있어서, 전술한 알칼리 금속 불화물을 알칼리 고금속 염화물의 수용액으로 침출(leaching)함을 포함하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 알칼리 토금속 염화물이 염화칼슘, 염화마그네슘 및 염화바륨으로 구성된 그룹으로부터 선택되는 방법.
- 제2항에 있어서, 알칼리 금속 불화물이 불화나트륨이고 알칼리 토금속 염화물 염화칼슘인 방법.
- 제3항에 있어서, 염화칼슘 수용액이 물과, 중량으로 5%에서 수성혼합물을 포화시키기에 충분한 량의 염화칼슘을 포함하는 방법.
- 제3항에 있어서, 염화수소산, 옥화수소산, 과염소산, 질산 및 취화수소산으로 구성된 그룹으로부터 선택된 산으로 pH를 1-5 사이로 조절하는 방법.
- 제4항에 있어서, (a) 염화칼슘 수용액을 규소와 불화나트륨의 혼합물에 불화물 이온의 총량에 대해 화학당량적으로 초과된 칼슘이온을 구비하도록 첨가하여 수성 슬러리를 형성하고; (b) 전술한 수성 슬러리의 불화나트륨이 염화칼슘과 반응하여 불용성 불화칼슘을 형성하게 하고; (c) 전술한 규소를 중력에 의해 침전시켜 전술한 슬러리로부터 규소를 분리하고; (d) 가만히 다루어서 슬러리를 제거하고 규소를 믿고; (e) 규소를 세척하여 불화칼슘의 잔유물을 제거하는 과정을 포함하는 방법.
- 제6항에 있어서, 염화칼슘 수용액이 륨과, 5%에서 상기 용액을 포화시키기에 충분한 량의 염화칼슘을 포함하는 방법.
- 제6항에 있어서, 염화칼슘 수용액이 산을 함유하는 방법.
