Abstract

용매순환통로중에 배치되고, 내부에 광학분할용 충전제를 수용하여 이루어지는 충전상에, 탈리액 도입구, 충전제에 흡착용이한 광학이성체를 함유하는 엑스트랙트 발출구, 광학이성체 혼합물 함유액 도입구, 및 충전제에 흡착곤란한 광학이성체를 함유하는 라피네이트 발출구를 이 순서로 설치하고, 이들을 충전상내의 유체의 유통방향으로 축차 이동하는 의사이동상 방식을 이용하고, 얻어지는 엑스트랙트 및/또는 라피네이트에서 용매와 광학이성체를 회수하고, 회수한 용매를 용매순환통로에 반환하고, 혹은 용매를 회수하지 않을 경우는 엑스트랙트 또는 라피네이트를 가열함으로써 소망하지 않는 광학이성체를 라세미체로 하고, 얻어지는 라세미체 함유의 용매액을 의사이동상 방식에 의한 광학이성체의 분리에 재사용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 용매와 광학이성체의 회수, 재이용방법.

광학분할에 있어서의 광학이성체와 용매의 회수방법, 용매의 순환사용방법 및 광학이성체의 재이용방법
본 내용은 요부공개 건이므로 전문내용을 수록하지 않았음
제1도는 본 발명의 방법을 실시하는 한 예의 장치를 예시하는 설명도이다. 제2도는 본 발명의 방법을 실시하는 다른 장치를 예시하는 설명도이다.

Claims (8)

  1. 내부에 광학분할용 충전제를 수용하고, 또한 전단과 후단이 유체통로에서 결합되어 무단상으로 되어 있어 액체가 한 방향으로 순환하고 있는 충전상에 광학이성체 혼합물 함유액 및 탈리액을 도입하고, 동시에 충전상에서 분리된 한 쪽의 광학이성체를 함유하는 액과 다른 쪽의 광학이성체를 함유하는 액을 발출하는 것으로 이루어지고, 충전상에는 탈리액 도입구, 흡착되기 쉬운 광학이성체를 함유하는 액(엑스트랙트)의 발출구, 광학이성체 혼합물 함유액 도입구, 흡착되기 어려운 광학이성체를 함유하는 액(라피네이트)의 발출구를 액체의 흐름방향에 따라 이 순서로 배치하고, 또한 이들을 상내의 유체흐름방향으로 그것들의 위치를 간헐적으로 축차 이동하는 것에 의해 이루어지는 의사이동상 방식을 이용하여 얻어지는 상기 엑스트랙트 및/또는 라피네이트에서 용매와 광학이성체를 회수하는 것을 특징으로 하는 광학분할에 있어서의 광학이성체와 용매의 회수방법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 광학분할용 충전제의 입경이 1~100㎛인 것을 특징으로 하는 광학분할에 있어서의 광학이성체와 용매의 회수방법.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 제1항 기재의 의사이동상 방식을 이용하여 얻어지는 엑스트랙트 및/또는 라피네이트에서 증발기 및/또는 증류기에 의해 용매를 분리하는 것을 특징으로 하는 광학분할에 있어서의 광학이성체와 용매의 회수방법.
  4. 제3항에 있어서, 상기 증발기 및/또는 증류기가 감압계인 것을 특징으로 하는 광학분할에 있어서의 광학이성체와 용매의 회수방법.
  5. 상기 제1항 기재의 방법에 의해 회수된 용매를 제1항에 있어서의 유체통로 중으로 반환하는 것을 특징으로 하는 용매의 순환사용방법.
  6. 제5항에 있어서, 회수된 상기 용매의 순도가 98% 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 용매의 순환사용방법.
  7. 상기 제1항 기재의 엑스트랙트 또는 라피네이트 중의 대장체인 광학이성체를 라세미화하고, 얻어진 광학이성체 혼합물 함유액을 광학이성체 혼합물 함유액 도입구로 반환하는 것을 특징으로 하는 광학이성체의 재이용 방법.
