Abstract
알루미 합금의 빌레트를 압출성형하여, 이것을 잘라내서 내부에 냉각액 통과를 위한 관로(2)를 구비한 덮개를 얻고, 이것을 고정자 냉각용 덮개 즉 케이싱(1)으로 하고, 그 케이싱(1)의 전면과 후면에 각각 철주물로 성형된 전측 하우징(4)과 후측 하우징(5)을 배치하고, 이들을 타이볼트(10)로 죄임하여 액냉 전동기로 만든다. 전측 하우징(4)과 후측 하우징(5)의 플랜진(14, 16)에는 타이볼트(10)관통을 위한 구멍 또는 타이볼트 선단의 나사부를 받기 위한 나사구멍이 형성되고, 케이싱(1)의 성형에 있어서 형성되고, 타이볼트 관통공으로서 이용되는 타이볼트공 스피이스홀(11)의 단면 형상의 일부가 타이볼트(10)축방향 이동만을 허용하는 형상으로 가공된다. 타이볼트공 스페이스홀(11)은 케이싱(1)의 원주방향으로 등간격으로 복수개, 예를들면 4개 형성되고, 내부에 냉각액을 통과시키기 위한 관로(2)가 각 타이볼트공 스페이스홀의 좌우측 쪽으로 배치되고, 이 관로(2)의 내부에는 돌출한 다수의 냉각용 핀(12)이 정밀 가공에 의하여 형성된다. 이와 같이하여 액누설에 대한 신뢰성이 향상되고, 조립 공수가 삭감되고, 또 냉각효율이 향상하는 액냉 전동기 및 그 덮개가 제공된다.

제1도는 제2도의 A-A선을 다른 단면에서 표시하는 정면도, 제2도는 제1도의 B-B선을 따른 단면도, 제3도는 제4도의 C-C선을 따른 단면으로 표시하는 정면도, 제4도는 제3도의 D-D선을 따른 단면도이다.
Claims (9)
- 알루미합금의 빌레트를 압출하여 성형하고, 이것을 잘라내서 내부에 냉각액 통과를 위한 관로를 구비한 덮개(jacket)를 얻는 액동 전동기의 고정자 냉각용 덮개 제조방법.
- 알루미합금의 압출성형재로 구성되고 내부에 냉각액을 통과시키기 위한 관로를 갖는 액냉 전동기의 고정자 냉각용 덮개.
- 청구항 2기재의 고정자 냉각용 덮개의 전면에 전측 하우징을, 후면에 후측 하우징을 배치하고, 이들을 전측 하우징에서 후측 하우징까지 연장된 타이볼트로 죄임하고, 죄임된 구조의 액냉 전동기.
- 제3항에 있어서, 상기 전측 하우징 및 후측 하우징은 절주물로 성형되고 각각 플랜지를 구비하고, 그 플랜지에는 타이볼트 관통을 위한 구멍 또는 타이볼트 선단의 나사부를 받아들이기 위한 나사 구멍이 형성되어 있는 액냉전동기.
- 제3항에 있어서, 고정자 냉각용 덮개 성형에 있어서 형성되는 덮개에 있어서 타이볼트공 스페이스홀을 타이볼트 관통공으로서 이용하는 액냉 전동기.
- 제5항에 있어서, 상기 타이볼트공 스페이스홀에 관통된 타이볼트의 축 방향 이동만을 허용하는 형상으로 가공한 액냉 전동기.
- 제5항 또는 제6항에 있어서, 상기 타이볼트공 스페이스홀은 덮개의 원주방향 등간격으로 복수개 형성되어, 내부에 냉각액을 통과시키기 위한 관로는 각 타이볼트공 스페이스홀의 좌우측 쪽으로 배치된 액냉 전동기.
- 제2항 또는 제7항에 있어서, 상기 관로에는 내부로 돌출한 다수의 냉각용 핀이 형성되어 있는 액냉 전동기.
