Abstract

자기 저항형 회전검출기의 회전자를 소결에 의한 일체성형품으로 함으로써 회전 검출기의 제조비를 저감시키는 것을 목적으로 한다.
자기 저항형 회전검출기(10)는 상단에 회전위치검출면(26)을, 하단에 회전속도검출면(22)을 가진 회전자(12)와, 회전자의 각 검출면에 대향하여 고정배치된 영구자석(14, 16)과, 회전자(12)와 각 영구자석(14, 16)과의 사이에 배치된 각 1쌍의 자기 저항소자(18, 20)를 구비한다.
회전자(12)의 회진속도 검출면(22)은 소정의 치형치수제원을 가진 복수의 돌출치(24)를 구비한다. 다른 한편, 회전위치검출면(26)은 복수돌출치(24)의 1개와 동일 위상에서 동일치형치수제원을 가진 1개의 돌출치(28)를 구바한다.
따라서 회전자(12)는 소결에 의하여 일체적으로 성형할수 있고, 더욱이 속도검출측과 위치검출측에서 자속의 상호간섭이 생기지 않고 정확한 신호를 얻을수 있다.

제1도는 본 발명의 1실시예에 의한 자기저항형 회전 검출기의 부분확대도. 제2도는 제1도의 회전검출기의 부분 확대도.

Claims (4)

  1. 동심이고 또한 다른 표면형상인 2개의 원주면을 가지며, 한쪽의 그 원주면이 소정의 치형치수제원을 가진복수의 돌출치를 갖춘 회전속도 검출면을 그리고 다른쪽의 그 원추면이 상기 복수 돌출치의 1개의 돌출치와 동일위상에서 동일 치형치수 제원을 가진 1개의 돌출치를 갖춘 회전위치검출면을 형성하고, 자성재료를 소결하여 성형된 일체 성형요소로 이루어지고, 피검출회전체에 일체회전 가능하게 장착되는 회전자와, 상기 회전자의 상기 회전속도 점출면 및 상기 회전위치검출면에 대향하여 각각 고정배치되고, 그 회전자와의 사이에 가변자계를 형성하는 자석과 상기 회전자와 상기 각 자석과의 사이에 각각 설치되고, 그 회전자의 회전에 따른 상기 자계의 변동에 대응하여 회전속도신호 및 회전위치신호를 발하는 자기 저항형 신호발생호로요소를 구비하여 회전체의 회전속도와 소정기점에 대한 회전 위치를 검출하는 것을 특징으로 하는 자기 저항형 회전검출기.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 자기 저항형 신호발생회로요소는 각각 1쌍의 자기 저항요소로 이루어지고, 상기 회전자의 상기 회전속도 검출면에 대설된 그 1쌍의 자기저항소자를 그 회전속도 검출면의 상기 복수돌출치의 피치의 1/2의 거리만큼 원주방향으로 이간하여 서로 평행배치함과 동시에 직렬접속하고, 또하 상기 회전 위치검출면에 대설된 그 1쌍의 자기저항소자를 상기 회전속도 검출면의 상기 복수 돌출치의 피치와 같은 거리만큼 원주방향으로 이간하여 서로 평행함과 동시에 직렬 접속하는 것을 특징으로 하는 자기 저항형 회전검출기.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 회전자는 피검출회전체에 부착하기 위한 원통구멍을 갖춘 환상요소이고, 그 회전자의 상기 회전속도 검출면과 상기 회전위치 검출면이 그 원통구멍에 대하여 동심으로 형성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 자기 저항형 회전검출기.
