Claims (12)
- 고체 지지체와 그 고체 지지체 위에 배치된 고 흡수 폴리머 입나와 고무계 바인더를 포함하여 이루어지는 코팅층으로 구성된 차수용 재료에 있어서, 그 코팅층의 밀도가 0.65∼1.00g/㎠이며, 상기 코팅층 중에 점하는 고 흡수 폴리머 입자와, 고무계 바인더의 합계 중량의 비율이 90중량% 이상이며, 고 흡수 폴리머 입자와 고무계 바인더 사이의 중량 비율이 고 흡수 폴리머 입자에 대하여 50∼90중량%, 고무계 바인더에 대하여 10∼50중량%가 되도록 정해져 있으며, 또한 상기 고 흡수 폴리머 입자 중에 55∼95중량%인 입자의 입자 지름이 45∼425㎛인 것을 특징으로 하는 차수용 재료.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 고 흡수 폴리머 입자 중에서 45㎛ 미만의 입자 지름을 가지는 입자의 중량 비율이 5∼45중량%인 것을 특징으로 하는 차수용 재료.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 고 흡수 폴리머가 폴리아크릴로 니트릴 그라프트 중합체 가수 분해물, 폴리아클리산 소다, 메틸메타크릴산-초산 비닐 공중합체 가수 분해물, 폴리비닐알콜 가교 중합물, 폴리아클리로니트릴 가교체 가수 분해물, 폴리에틸렌 옥사이드 가교 중합체물, 폴리아크릴아미드 가교 중합물, 아클리 아미드-아크릴산 가교 공중합체물, 술포알킬(메타)아크릴레이트-아크릴산 가교 중합체물, 이소부틸렌-무수 말레인산 가교 중합체물로 이루어지는 그룹에서 선택된 중합체인 것을 특징으로 하는 차수용 재료.
- 제1항에 있어서, 고 흡수 폴리머가 전분-폴리아크릴로 니트릴 그라프트 중합 가수 분해물, 전분-아크릴산 그라프트 공중합물, 카르복시메틸 셀룰로스 가교 중합물, 셀룰로스-폴리아크릴로 니트릴 그라프트 중합체 가수 분해물로 이루어지는 그룹에서 선택된 중합체를 부패 방지 처리한 중합체인 것을 특징으로 하는 차수용 재료.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 고무계 바인더가 유기 용제에 가용이고, 물과 접하였을때 고 흡수 폴리머를 용이하게 탈리하며, 또 차수용 재료에 가요성을 부여하고, 또한 부패에 의해 수소가스를 발생하지 않는 바인더인 것을 특징으로 하는 차수용 재료.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 고무계 바인더에 친수화제가 포함되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 차수용 재료.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 코팅층이 캘린더 처리에 의하여 압축되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 차수용 재료.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 고체 지지체가 스팬 본드 부직포인 것을 특징으로 하는 차수용 재료.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 차수용 재료를 물에 침지하여 10분후 측정한 차수용 재료로부터의 고흡수 폴리머 입자의 탈락률이 50중량% 이상인 차수용 재료.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 코팅층의 표면에 부직포가 카버 크로쓰로서 다시 배치되고, 그 부직포의 구성섬유간에 형성되는 복수의 간극 중에서 그 간극을 다각형으로 하였을때, 변의 길이의 총합이 0.3㎜ 이상인 간극이 50% 이상 점하는 것을 특징으로 하는 차수용 재료.
- 제1항의 차수용 재료가 눌러 감기 차수 테이프로서 사용되고 있는 전선용 케이블.
- 제1항의 차수용 재료가 눌러 감기 차수 테이프로서 사용되고 있는 광 파이버용 케이블.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
