Abstract
본 발명은 압출 또는 압축 성형하여 미공질 발포성 가황제품을 제공하는 데에 적당한, 비닐리덴 플루오라이드, 헥사플루오로프로펜 및 임의 성분인 테트라플루오로에틸렌으로된 탄성 중합체 기재 조성물에 관한 것이다. 비닐리덴 플루오라이드 및 헥사플루오로프로펜 공중합체 기재 압출품의 제조의 경우에 조성물은 다음 성분들을 함유한다 : 공중합체, 비스페놀 AF, 4가 포스포늄 또는 아미노포스포늄염, 아조디카르본아미드, MgO, Ca(OH)2,스테아르산 아연 및 가소제(각각의 성분들은 정확히 규정된 비율로 함유된다.)

- 압축하여 미공질 발포성 경화품을 제조하는데에 적당한, 비닐리덴 플루오라이드 78내지 83몰 % 및 헥사플루오로프로펜 17내지 22몰 % 를 함유하는 엘라스토머 공중합체 기재 조성물로서 하기의 성분을 함유하는 조성물 :a) 121℃에서의 ML점도 (1´+ 10´)가 25내지 50무늬도를 갖는전술한 바와 같은 엘라스토머 공중합체 100중량부b) 비스페놀 AF 약 0.5∼1.0중량부c) 4가 포스포늄 또는 아미노포스포늄염 약 0.5∼1.0중량부d) 아조디카르본아미드 약 2.5∼5.0중량부e) MgO 약 1.0∼2.0중량부f) Ca(OH)2약 1.0∼3.0중량부g) 스테아르산 아연 약 1.0∼3.0중량부h) 평균 분자량이 약 3,000내지 약 5,000인폴리옥시에틸렌 글리콜 약 1.0∼1.0중량부i) 가소제 약 1.0∼5.0중량부(여기에서, 4가 포스포늄염은 트리페닐벤질포스포늄염이고, 4가 아미노포스포늄염은 1-클로로-N,N-디에틸-1,1-디페닐-1(페닐메틸)포스포란아민염인 반면, 가소제는 지방산 및 아디프산의 에스테르,에틸렌 옥시드 및/또는 프로필렌 옥사이드의 중축합물에서 유도된 폴리에테르, 저분자량 폴리에틸레, 디옥틸프탈레이트,디(2-에틸헥실)프탈레이트 및 가소성을갖는다른 프틸산 유도체. 5,8,11,13,16,19-헥사옥사-트리코산 및 지방산의 유도체와 무기 담체상의 실리콘의 축합 생성물로 구성된 군에서 선택한다.)

- 비닐리덴 플루오라이드, 피플루오로프로펜 및 임의성분인 테트라플루오로에틸렌으로된 탄성 중합체 기재 미공질 발포성 경화품을, 압축시켜 제조하는 방법으로서, 청구항 제1항 또는 제3항의 조성물을 압축하고. 125℃내지 150℃의 온도범위에서 경화한 뒤, 상승 시간을 5내지 14시간으로 하여 180℃ 내지 260℃의 온도범위에서 20∼35시간 동안 최종적으로 후 경화함을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 비닐리덴 플루오라이드, 피플루오로프로펜 및 임의성분인 테트라플루오로에틸렌으로된 탄성 중합체 기재 미공질 발포성 경화품을, 압축시켜 제조하는 방법으로서, 청구항 제2항 또는 제4항의 조성물을 압축하고. 130℃내지 160℃의 온도범위에서 프레스에서 성형한뒤, 상승 시간을 5내지 14시간으로 하여 180℃ 내지 260℃의 온도범위에서 20∼35시간 동안 후 경화함을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 비닐리덴 플루오라이드 78 내지 83몰 % 및 헥사플루오로프로펜 17 내지 22몰 %를 함유하는 엘라스토머 공중합체 기재 미공질 발포성 경화품
- 제7항에 있어서, 제1항 또는 2항에서 청구한 조성물로 부터 제조한 경화품.
- 비닐리덴 플루오라이드 50 내지 79몰 %, 헥사플루오로프로펜 17 내지 25몰 %및 테트라플루오로에틸렌 4내지 25몰%를 함유하는 엘라스토머 삼원공중합체 기재 미공질 발포성 경화품.
- 제9항에 있어서, 제3항 또는 4항에서 청구한 조성물로 부터 제조한 경화품.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
