Abstract
본 발명은 내화성, 단열성을 향상시키며, 또한 이면재와 심재의 접착성을 향상시킨 패널을 제공하는 것을 목적으로 하며, 무기입자 형상물 및 무기섬유의 1종 이상의 방화재등을 합성수지발포층에 분포시킴으로써 내화성, 방화성을 향상시키며, 또한 단열성을 가진 패널로써 표, 이면재와 심재와의 사이에 부직포를 개재시킴으로써 표, 이면재와 심재와의 접착력을 강화시켜 나아가서는 패널의 기계적 강도도 향상시키도록 한 것이다.

제 1 도는 본 발명에 관한 내화, 단열패널의 제 1 실시예의 대표적 일예를 도시한 설명도, 제 2 도는 본 발명의 제 1 실시에의 내화, 단열패널의 다른 예를 도시한 설명도, 제 3 도는 본 발명의 제 1 실시예의 내화, 단열패널의 다른 예를 도시한 설명도.
Claims (4)
- 불연성의 표면재 및 이면재 사이에 심재로해서 합성수지 발포층을 형성하고, 이 합성수지 발포층에 무기입자형상물 및 무기섬유의 1종 이상을 혼재시킴과 동시에, 상기 표면재 및 이면재의 적어도 한쪽의 상기 합성수지 발포층쪽에, 분리층으로써 부직포를 접착개재시킨 것을 특징으로 하는 내화, 단열 패널.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 합성수지 발포체로써 페놀포움을 사용하고, 분리층을 내열성이 있는 합성수지섬유와 흑연의 미분을 함유한 합성수지섬유를 분포한 두께 0.1mm이상의 부직포로 형성하고, 이 부직포와 불연기재 사이에 물과 반응하는 성분의 접착체층을 개재시키며, 또한 부직포에 접착체층을 함침시켜서 일체화하고, 또 분리층과 페놀포옴과의 일체화는 페놀포옴 등의 합성수지 발포체 형성시의 자기접착성과 그 함침에 의해 고착한 것을 특징으로 하는 내화. 단열패널.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 분리층은 단열성이 있는 합성수지제의 길다란 섬유로 이루어지며, 또 두께를 0.1mm이상으로 형성하고 또 심재의 중간에는 부직포를 일체적으로 개재시키며, 또한 표면재/이면재와 분리층 사이에 접착제층을 형성함과 동시에, 이 접착제층의 접착제 성분과 발포도중의 내화, 내열성 폴라스틱 포옴성분이 분리층내에서 반응해서 일체적으로 고착한 것을 특징으로 하는 내화, 단열패널.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 3 항의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 분리층을 내열성이 있는 반응도중의 섬유강화 페놀수지로 이루어지며, 이 섬유강화 페놀수지와 불연기재 사이에 물과 반응하는 성분의 접착층을 개재시키며, 또한 상기 섬유강화 페놀수지의 페놀포옴과의 일체화는 페놀포옴 형성시의 자기 접착성에 의해 고착한 것을 특징으로 하는 내화, 단열패널.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
