Abstract
본 발명은 탄성치가 10kPa로 되도록 어니일링 처리된 용융-성형 내화성 세라믹 섬유로 이루어진 열-매트로 포장되어 용기내에 장착된 금속 기둥을 가진 촉매 전환장치에 관한 것이다. 그러한 매트에 사용된 종전의 용융-방적 섬유는 보다 높은 탄성치를 위해 미세 입자의 결정 구조가 요구되었다. 그러나, 탄성값이 10kPa이상인 본 발명의 매트는 상기 기둥이 헐겁게된 압축상태가 고정되지 않으며, Al2O3와 SiO2가 거의 동량 혼합된 혼합물(중량부)로 용융-성형된 세라믹 섬유로 제조하는 것이 바람직하다. 어니일링처리후, 세라믹 섬유는 미세입자 결정형을 취할수 있으나, 섬유가 무정형 구조를 가지면서 여전히 우수한 탄성값을 수득할수 있도록 어니일링 처리 온도 및 시간을 절감시킴으로써 에너지를 상당히 절약할 수 있다.

Claims (9)
- 열-절연 매트로 포장되어 용기내에 설치된 기둥을 포함하는 촉매 전환장치에 있어서, 상기 매트가 그것의 탄성값이 10kPa이상이 될 수 있는 온도에서 충분한 시간동안 어니일링 처리된 용융-형성 내화성 세라믹 섬유를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 촉매전환장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 열-절연 매트로 구성된 내열성 세라믹 섬유가 미세 입자의 결정형태인 것을 부가적 특징으로 하는 촉매 전환장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 열-절연 매트로 구성된 내열성 세라믹 섬유가 거의 무정형인 것을 부가적 특징으로 하는 촉매 전환장치.
- 제3항에 있어서, 상기 내화성 세라믹 섬유가 700℃ 이상 및 990℃이하의 온도에서 어니일링 처리되는 촉매 전환장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 기둥인 금속성인 것을 부가적 특징으로 하는 촉매 전환장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 열-절연 매트가 섬유 및 편상중에서 선택된 부가의 열-절연물질을 포함하는 것을 부가적 특징으로 하는 촉매 전환장치.
- 제6항에 있어서, 상기 부가의 열-절연물질이 분리층을 형성하는 것을 부가적 특징으로 하는 촉매 전환장치.
- 제6항에 있어서, 상기 부가의 열-절연물질이 비팽창된 질석 편상을 포함하는 것을 부가적 특징으로 하는 촉매 전환장치.
- 세라믹 섬유매트에 의해 하우징으로부터 절연되고, 사용시 뜨거워져 팽창됨으로써 금속부재와 하우징간의 매트를 압축하는 내부 금속부재가 포함된 하우징을 포함하는 장치에 있어서, 상기 매트가 주로 탄성갑싱 10kPa이상이 될 정도의 충분한 시간 및 온도에서 어니일링 처리된 용융-형성 내화성 세라믹 섬유로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 촉매 전환장치.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
