Abstract
효과적을 메일라드반응을 억제 또는 개선할 수 있고, 그 위에 장기간 투여할 때에도 안전성이 높은 약제를 제공한다.
(식중, R1내지 R3은 수소원자 또는 동일 혹은 다른 메틸기, 에틸기등의 저급알킬기 또는 치환기 또는 무치환의 페닐기를 나타내며, X는 수산기, O-저급알킬기, 아미노기 또는 OY로 나타내는 염[Y는 나트륨, 칼륨등의 금속 또는 리소자임, 염기성 아미노산등의 염기성 아미노산등의 염기성기를 가지는 화합물을 나타냄]을 각각 나타낸다.)으로 나타내는 유기게르마늄화합물을 유효성분으로 하는 것을 특징으로한다.

제3도는 본 발명제에 의하여 F-리신으로부터의 AGE의 생성이 억제되는 것을 나타내는 그래프.
제4도는 본 발명제에 의하여 F-리신의 분해가 억제되는 것을 나타내는 그래프.
Claims (3)
- (식중, R1내지 R3은 수소원자 또는 동일 혹은 다른 메틸기, 에틸기등의 저급알킬기 또는 치환기 또는 무치환의 페닐기를 나타내며, X는 수산기, O-저급알킬기, 아미노기 또는 OY로 나타내는 염[Y는 나트륨, 칼륨등의 금속 또는 리소자임, 염기성 아미노산등의 염기성 아미노산등의 염기성기를 가지는 화합물을 나타냄]을 각각 나타낸다.)으로 나타내는 유기게르마늄화합물을 유효성분으로 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 메일라드반응 억제개선제.
- 제1항에 있어서, 식(1)에 있어서, R1내지 R3가 수소원자이고, X가 수산기인 유기게르마늄화합물을 주제로하는 메일라드반응 억제개선제.
- 제1항에 있어서, 식(1)로 타나태는 유기게르마늄 화합물은, 수중에서로 나타내는 구조를 가지는 것인 메일라드반응 억제개선제.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
