Abstract

본 발명은 표면실장형 SOP의 PCB 실장구조에 관한 것으로 실장밀도를 높이기 위하여 SOP를 이중실장할 수 있는 PCB 실장구조에 관한 것이다.
종래의 실장구조는 PCB 평면위에 SOP가 실장된 구조였으나 본 발명은 PCB에 홈이 형성되어 그 홈에 역 성형된 외부리드를 갖는 표면실장형 SOP가 실장되어 있는 구조를 이룬다. 그래서 상기 실장된 역리드 SOP위에 다른 SOP가 적층실장될 수 있는 구조이다.

제3도는 본 발명에 의한 걸윙(Gull wing)형 SOP의 PCB 실장구조도, 제4도는 본 발명에 의한 J-form형 SOP의 PCB 실장구조도, 제5도는 본 발명에 의한 걸윙형 SOP의 PCB 실장 일실시 구조도.

Claims (4)

  1. 표면실장형 SOP가 들어갈 수 있도록 형성된 PCB의 홈과 상기 홈에 솔더프린팅이 되어 있는 부분과 상기 홈안에 배치되어 있는 역리드(패키지의 윗방향으로 성형된 외부리드)를 갖는 표면실장형 SOP로 이루어지며, 상기 역 리드 SOP위에 정 리드(패키지의 아랫방향으로 성형된 외부리드)를 갖는 SOP가 적층형태로 배치되어 실장될 수 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 PCB 실장구조.
  2. 제1항에 있어서 상기 홈이 표면실장형 SOP의 패키지 두께만큼의 깊이로 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 PCB 실장구조.
  3. 제1항에 있어서 걸윙형 SOP의 경우 상기 솔더프리팅된 부분이 홈의 턱 부분에 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 PCB 실장구조.
  4. 제1항에 있어서 J-form형 SOP의 경우 상기 솔더프린팅된 부분이 상기 홈의 내부측면에 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 PCB 실장구조.
