Claims (34)
- 유기 기판이, a) 니켈 및 적어도 약50중량%의 니켈을 가지는 니켈 합금으로 이루어지는 그룹으로 부터 선택된 금속의 산화 또는 질화물로 이루어진 제1의 층, b) 니켈 및 적어도 약50중량%의 니켈을 가지는 니켈 합금으로 이루어지는 그룹으로 부터 선택된 금속으로 이루어진 제2의 층, c)니켈 및 적어도 약 50중량%의 니켈을 가지는 니켈 합금으로 이루어지는 그룹으로부터 선택된 금속의 산화 또는 질화물로 이루어진 제3항의 층, 및 d)주석, 아연, 티타늄 및 그의 합금들로 이루어지는 그룹으로부터 선택된 금속의 산화물로 이루어진 제4의 층, 을 포함하는 코팅을 그에 가지는, 열처리가능 유리물품.

- 제20항에 있어서, 상기 층(c)의 산화물의 금속은 층(a)의 금속과 같은, 열처리가능의 스퍼터 코팅 유리물품.
- 제21항에 있어서, 상기 층(b)는 필수적으로 화학양론적 산화주석(SnO2)로 이루어져 있는 열처리가능의 스퍼터 코팅 유리물품.
- 제22항에 있어서, 열처리 가능 스퍼터 코팅 유리물품이, 층(c)가 니켈 또는 약50중량%이상의 니켈을 가지는 니켈 합금의 금속의 산화물 또는 질화물이고, 층(e)가 층(b)와 같은 금속의 산화물이며, 층(d)가 층(c)와 같은 금속의 산화물이고, 또 층(e)가 층(c)를 성가 유리 기판에 단단히 접착하며, 층 (d)가 층(e)를 층(a)에 단단히 접착하는 층(d)와 (e)를 더 포함하는 열처리 가능의 스퍼터 코팅 유리물품.
- 제23항에 있어서, 상기 물품은 창의 프라이버시 창유리인, 열처리 가능의 스퍼터 회복 유리물품.
- 코팅한, 열처리 가능의 유리물품을 형성하는 방법이, a)니켈 또는 약50중량%이상의 니켈을 가지는 합금으로 필수적으로 이루어지는 사실상 비산화의 금속의 층을 형성하기, b)층(a)에 실리콘 또는 산화물의 금속이 니켈 또는 약50중량%이상의 니켈을 가지는 합금인 금속의 산화물이나 질화물로부터 선택된 층을 따로 따로 형성하기, c)층(b)에 사실상 화학양론적 금속의 산화물로 보호층을 따로따로 형성하기, 그리고 그 다음 상기 물품을 열처리하기로 이루어지는 코팅한 열처리 가능의 유리물품을 형성하는 방법.
- 제25항에 있어서, 상기 방법은, 상기 유리 물품에 층(c)와 같은 산화물의 층(d)를 최초로 형성하기, 그리고 그 다음 (d)에 층의 금속이 니켈 또는 약50중량%이상의 니켈을 가지는 비실리콘의 합금인 층(b)와 같은 산화물의 층(e)를 층(e)가 층(a)를 층(d)에 단단히 접착하며, 층(d)가 층(e)를 상기 유리 물품에 단단히 접착하게 형성하기를 더 포함하는 코팅한 열처리 가능의 유리 물품을 형성하는 방법.
- 제26항에 있어서, 상기 열처리는 불리기, 만곡, 열강화 또는, 그의 조합들로부터 선택되고 층(c)와 (d)는 필수적으로 화학양론적 산화주석(SnO2)으로 이루어져 있으며, 충돌(b)와(e)의 금속은 층(a)의 겉과 같은 금속인 코팅한 열처리 가능의 유리물품을 형성하는 벙법.
- 제27항에 있어서, 상기 유리물품은 만곡의, 차의 프라이버시 창유리이고, 층(a)의 상기금속은 필수적으로 Ni, Fe, Cr, C, Al 및 Y로 이루어진 합금인 , 코팅한, 열처리 가능의 유리물품을 형성하는 방법.
- 제27항에 있어서, 상기 유리는 녹 담채의 플로트 유리이고, 상기 프라이버시 창유리는 유치측에서 중간 회색이, 코팅측에서 금색이 나타나며, 약13-14%의 태양투과와 약10%의 태양반사율을 가지는 코팅한 열처리 가능의 유리물품을 형성하는 방법.
- 제29항에 있어서, 상기 층들은 유리로부터 외향으로 하기의 순서로 배열되고 대략 하기의 범위의 두께를 가지는, 코팅한, 열처리 가능의 유리물품을 형성하는 방법.
