Claims (22)
- 규소 또는 알루미늄[질화물, 탄질화물(carbonitride), 옥시질화물(oxynitride) 또는 옥시탄질화물(oxycarbonitride)] 또는 이 두 가지의 혼합물에 기초한 적어도 하나의 층(C)을 포함하는 코팅을 포함하고, 그 위에 피복층(cover layer)이 덮인 특히 유리 타입의, 투명 기판에 있어서,상기 피복층은 산화물에 기초한 기계적인 보호층이고, 이 산화물은 선택적으로 산소-아화학량적(oxygen-substoichiometric) 또는 산소-과화학량적(oxygen-superstoichiometric) 관계를 갖고/갖거나 선택적으로 질화된 것을 특징으로 하는, 투명 기판.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 보호 산화물층은, Ti, Zn, Sn, Al, Ga, In, B, Y, La, Ge, Si, P, As, Sb, Bi, Ce, Ti, Zr, Nb, Ta 및 Hf로부터 선택된 적어도 하나의 원소를 포함하는 것이 유리한 것을 특징으로 하는, 투명 기판.
- 제 1항 또는 제 2항에 있어서, 상기 보호층은 적어도 하나의 선택적으로 질화된 티타늄 산화물을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 투명 기판.
- 제 3항에 있어서, 상기 티타늄 산화물은 알루미늄과 같은 다른 금속(M)을 포 함하는(화학식 TiMpOxNy인 화합물, 여기서 p와 y는 0일 수 있음) 것을 특징으로 하는, 투명 기판.
- 제 3항 또는 제 4항에 있어서, 상기 티타늄 산화물은 TiO2, TiOx(여기서, 1 ≤x ≤2), 또는 TiOxNy(여기서, 1 ≤x ≤2 및 0.5 ≤y ≤1)로부터 선택된 것을 특징으로 하는, 투명 기판.
- 제 1항 내지 제 5항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 보호층은, 적어도 아연과, 선택적으로 Al, Ga, In, B, Y, La, Ge, Si, P, As, Sb, Ce, Ti, Zr, Nb, Hf 및 Ta로부터 선택된 적어도 하나의 다른 원소에 의해 선택적으로 도핑된(doped) 선택적으로 적어도 하나의 다른 원소를 포함하는 적어도 하나의 산화물을 포함하고, 이러한 산화물은 산소-아화학량적 또는 산소-과화학량적 관계를 갖고/갖거나 선택적으로 질화된 것을 특징으로 하는, 투명 기판.
- 제 6항에 있어서, 상기 산화물은 아연 및 이와 다른 금속에 기초한 혼합 산화물, 특히 아연 및 주석(ZnSnOx) 또는 아연 및 티타늄(ZnTiOx) 또는 아연 및 지르코늄(ZnZrOx)에 기초한 혼합 산화물인 것을 특징으로 하는, 투명 기판.
- 제 7항에 있어서, 상기 아연에 기초한 혼합 산화물은 Al, Ga, In, B, Y, La, Ge, Si, P, As, Sb, Ce, Ti, Zr, Nb, Hf 및 Ta로부터 선택된 적어도 하나의 다른 원소에 의해 도핑되는 것을 특징으로 하는, 투명 기판.
- 제 1항 내지 제 8항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 보호층은, 적어도 지르코늄을 포함하는 적어도 하나의 산화물, 특히 선택적으로 다른 금속을 포함하는 지르코늄에 기초한 혼합 산화물을 포함하고, 이러한 산화물은 선택적으로 산소-아화학량적 또는 산소-과화학량적 관계를 갖고/갖거나 선택적으로 질화되는 것을 특징으로 하는, 투명 기판.
- 제 9항에 있어서, 적어도 지르코늄을 포함하는 상기 산화물은 Al, Ga, In, B, Y, La, Ge, Si, P, As, Sb, Ce, Ti, Zn, Nb, Hf 및 Ta로부터 선택된 적어도 하나의 다른 원소에 의해 도핑되는 것을 특징으로 하는, 투명 기판.
- 제 1항 내지 제 10항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 기계적인 보호 피복층은 특히, ZnO/TiO2, ZnrSnsSbtOx/TiO2, ZnrSnsAluOx/TiO2 및 ZnrZrvOx/TiO2 층의 조합과 같은 산화물층의 중첩(superposition)으로 제조되는 것을 특징으로 하는, 투명 기판.
- 제 1항 내지 제 11항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 산화물층은 약 15 nm 이 하, 바람직하게는 10 nm 이하의 두께를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는, 투명 기판.
- 제 1항 내지 제 12항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 층(들)(C)은 알루미늄과 같은 적어도 하나의 다른 금속 원소를 더 포함할 수 있는 것을 특징으로 하는, 투명 기판.
- 제 1항 내지 제 13항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 층 또는 각 층(C)은 약 5 내지 60 nm의 두께를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는, 투명 기판.
- 제 1항 내지 제 14항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 코팅은, 태양 광선 스펙트럼의 복사선 일부를 반사하는, 특히 금속층인 적어도 하나의 기능층을 사용하여, 반사방지 기능 또는 태양 광선 제어 기능 또는 저방사율(low-emissivity) 타입의 에너지 제어 기능을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는, 투명 기판.
- 제 1항 내지 제 15항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 기판은 적어도 하나의 금속 또는 금속-질화물에 기초한 기능층을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 투명 기판.
- 제 1항 내지 제 16항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 코팅은 유전성 최종 순 서인 산화물/규소 질화물/산화물, 특히 ZnO/Si3N4/ZnO를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 투명 기판.
- 제 1항 내지 제 17항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 다중층은 Si3N4/ZnO/Ag/ZnO/Si3N4/피복층 또는 Si3N4/ZnO/Ag/ZnO/Si3N4/ZnO/Ag/ZnO/Si3N4/피복층의 순서를 갖고, 선택적으로 은층 중 적어도 하나와 접촉하는 금속 차단층(blocking layer)을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는, 투명 기판.
- 제 15항 내지 제 18항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 코팅은 열처리 후, 그 특성, 특히 광학 특성(optical property)을 실질적으로 보존하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 투명 기판.
- 제 1항 내지 제 19항 중 어느 한 항에 기재된 적어도 하나의 기판과 통합되는, 특히 다중 글레이징 또는 적층형 글레이징 형태의 글레이징 조립체.
- 규소 또는 알루미늄[질화물, 탄질화물, 옥시질화물 또는 옥시탄질화물] 또는 이 두 가지의 혼합물에 기초한 적어도 하나의 유전층(C)을 포함하는 다중층을 포함하는 투명 기판, 특히 유리 기판의 기계적인 저항성을 향상시키는 방법에 있어서,산화물에 기초한 층은 적어도 하나의 유전층(C)에 증착되고, 이러한 산화물 은 선택적으로 산소-아화학량적 또는 산소-과화학량적 관계를 갖고/갖거나 선택적으로 질화되는 것을 특징으로 하는, 투명 기판의 기계적인 저항성을 향상시키는 방법.
- 산화물에 기초한 코팅의 사용 방법으로서,투명 기판, 특히 유리 기판의 기계적인 저항성을 향상시키기 위해, 이러한 산화물은 선택적으로 산소-아화학량적 관계를 갖고/갖거나 선택적으로 질화되는, 산화물에 기초한 코팅의 사용 방법에 있어서,규소 또는 알루미늄[질화물, 탄질화물, 옥시질화물 또는 옥시탄질화물] 또는 이 두 가지의 혼합물에 기초한 적어도 하나의 층(C)을 포함하는 다중층 코팅을 포함하는 산화물에 기초한 코팅의 사용 방법.
