Claims (22)
- 태양 스펙트럼의 복사선 일부를 반사하는 하나 또는 복수의 기능층을 사용하여, 태양 광선 제어 기능 또는 에너지 제어 기능을 구비하고, 규소 또는 알루미늄 또는 이 두 가지의 혼합물에 기초한 하나 또는 복수의 층(C)을 포함하는 다중층 시스템을 포함하고, 그 위에 피복층(cover layer)이 덮인 투명 기판에 있어서,상기 피복층은 산화물에 기초한 기계적인 보호층이고, 상기 보호층은,ⅰ) 다른 금속 M을 포함하는 티타늄 산화물(화학식 TiMpOx) 또는,ⅱ) 아연 및 하나 또는 복수의 다른 금속을 포함하는 산화물 또는,ⅲ) 지르코늄 및 하나 또는 복수의 다른 금속을 포함하는 산화물을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 투명 기판.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 산화물은 산소-아화학량적(oxygen-substoichiometric) 또는 산소-과화학량적(oxygen-superstoichiometric)인 것을 특징으로 하는, 투명 기판.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 산화물은 질화된 것을 특징으로 하는, 투명 기판.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 보호층 ⅱ)는, Al, Ga, In, B, Y, La, Ge, Si, P, As, Sb, Ce, Ti, Zr, Nb, Hf 및 Ta로부터 선택된 하나 또는 복수의 다른 원소에 의해 도핑되는 것을 특징으로 하는, 투명 기판.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 아연 및 이와 다른 금속에 기초한 상기 산화물 ⅱ)는 아연 및 주석(ZnSnOx) 또는 아연 및 티타늄(ZnTiOx) 또는 아연 및 지르코늄(ZnZrOx)에 기초한 것을 특징으로 하는, 투명 기판.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 산화물 ⅱ)는 Al, Ga, In, B, Y, La, Ge, Si, P, As, Sb, Ce, Ti, Zr, Nb, Hf 및 Ta로부터 선택된 하나 또는 복수의 다른 원소에 의해 도핑되는 것을 특징으로 하는, 투명 기판.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 지르코늄을 포함하는 상기 산화물 ⅲ)은 Al, Ga, In, B, Y, La, Ge, Si, P, As, Sb, Ce, Ti, Zn, Nb, Hf 및 Ta로부터 선택된 하나 또는 복수의 다른 원소에 의해 도핑되는 것을 특징으로 하는, 투명 기판.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 기계적인 보호 피복층은 ZnrSnsSbtOx/TiO2, ZnrSnsAluOx/TiO2 또는 ZnrZrvOx/TiO2인 산화물층의 중첩(superposition)으로 제조되는 것을 특징으로 하는, 투명 기판.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 산화물층 ⅰ) 또는 ⅱ) 또는 ⅲ)은 15nm 이하의 두께를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는, 투명 기판.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 하나 또는 복수의 층(C)의 각 층은 하나 또는 복수의 다른 금속 원소를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 투명 기판.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 층 또는 각 층(C)은 5nm 내지 60nm의 두께를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는, 투명 기판.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 기판은 하나 또는 복수의 금속 또는 금속-질화물에 기초한 기능층을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 투명 기판.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 다중층 시스템은 유전성 최종 순서인 산화물/규소 질화물/산화물을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 투명 기판.
- 제13항에 있어서, 상기 다중층 시스템은 유전성 최종 순서인, ZnO/Si3N4/ZnO를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 투명 기판.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 다중층은 Si3N4/ZnO/Ag/ZnO/Si3N4/피복층 또는 Si3N4/ZnO/Ag/ZnO/Si3N4/ZnO/Ag/ZnO/Si3N4/피복층의 순서를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는, 투명 기판.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 다중층 시스템은 열처리 후, 그 특성을 실질적으로 보존하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 투명 기판.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 기재된 기판과 통합되는 글레이징 조립체.
- 태양 스펙트럼의 복사선 일부를 반사하는 하나 또는 복수의 기능층을 사용하여, 태양 광선 제어 기능 또는 에너지 제어 기능을 구비하고, 규소 또는 알루미늄 또는 이 두 가지의 혼합물에 기초한 하나 또는 복수의 유전층(C)을 포함하는 다중층을 포함하는 투명 기판의 기계적인 저항성을 향상시키는 방법에 있어서,산화물에 기초한 기계적인 보호층은 하나 또는 복수 개의 유전층(C)에 증착되고, 상기 보호층은,ⅰ) 다른 금속 M을 포함하는 티타늄 산화물(화학식 TiMpOx) 또는,ⅱ) 아연 및 하나 또는 복수의 다른 금속을 포함하는 산화물 또는,ⅲ) 지르코늄 및 하나 또는 복수의 다른 금속을 포함하는 산화물을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 투명 기판의 기계적인 저항성을 향상시키는 방법.
- 제18항에 있어서, 상기 산화물은 산소-아화학량적(oxygen-substoichiometric) 또는 산소-과화학량적(oxygen-superstoichiometric)인 것을 특징으로 하는, 투명 기판의 기계적인 저항성을 향상시키는 방법.
- 제18항 또는 제19항에 있어서, 상기 산화물은 질화된 것을 특징으로 하는, 투명 기판의 기계적인 저항성을 향상시키는 방법.
