Abstract
본 발명은 금속판(1)의 일측면에 납땜가능한 제1금속의 제1층(2)를 형성하고 금속판(1)의 다른측면에 제1금속과 다른 제2금속의 제2층(3)을 형성하며, 상기 층 (2,3)들의 형성후에, 적어도 두개의 벽을 가진 관(제2도)을 형성하기 위하여 금속판(1)을 압연하는 것을 포함하는 관의 제조방법에 관한 것이다.

본 내용은 요부공개 건이므로 전문내용을 수록하지 않았음
제1도는 그위에 형성된 두개의 금속층을 구비한 금속 판의 단면도,
제2도는 본 발명을 따른 제조 방법에 의해 얻어진 관의 단면도,
제3도는 금속 판에 두개의 금속층을 형성할 수 있는 장치의 실례를 도시한 단면.
Claims (9)
- 금속판의 일측면 또는 반대쪽 측면 각각에 납땜가능한 금속의 제1또는 제2층을 형성하는 것과, 상기 충돌의 형성후에 적어도 두개의 벽돌을 갖는 관을 형성하기 위하여 금속판을 압연하는 것을 포함하는 다수의 벽으로된 관의 제조방법에 있어서, 상기 제1층과 제2층은 제1금속과 제2금속에 의해 각각 형성되며, 상기 제2금속은 상기 제1금속과 다른것을 특징으로 하는 다수의 벽으로된 관의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 구리 또는 니켈이 각각 제1또는 제2금속으로서 사용되는 것을 특징으로 하는 다수의 벽으로된 관의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 니켈 또는 주석이 각각 제1또는 제2금속으로서 사용되는 것을 특징으로 하는 다수의 벽으로된 관의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 주석 또는 구리가 각각 제1또는 제2금속으로 사용되는 것을 특징으로 하는 벽으로된 관의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 금속판의 압연후에, 합금으로 형성된 제3층이 관의 외부면에 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 다수의 벽으로된 관의 제조방법.
- 제5항에 있어서, 백동합금이 제3층으로서 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 다수의 벽으로된 관의 제조방법.
- 제5항에 있어서, 아연-니켈 합금이 제3층으로서 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 다수의 벽으로된 관의 제조방법.
- 제1항 내지 제7항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 충돌이 고 전류 밀도를 사용하여 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 다수의 벽으로된 관의 제조방법.
