Claims (9)

  1. 기판(1)과, 이 기판(1)상에 형성된 제1기록층(3,7)및 이 제1기록층(3,7)상에 형성된 제2기록층(4,9)을 갖춘 정보기록매체에 있어서, 상기 제1기록층(3,7)및 제2기록층(4,9)이 각각 적어도 1개의 금속을 포함한 복수의 금속을 공통적으로 갖춘것을 특징으로 하는 정보기록매체.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 소정에너지레벨을 초과하는 광선이 조사될때, 상기 제1기록층(3,7)및 제2기록층(4,9)이 융합하여 단일층(5,10)을 형성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 정보기록매체.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 다시 상기 공통금속을 함유하지 않은 제3기록층(8)을 갖춘 것을 특징으로 하는 정보기록매체.
  4. 제3항에 있어서, 상기 제3기록층(8)이 상기 제1기록층(7)과 제2기록층(9)의 사이에 존재하는 것을 특징으로 하는 정보기록매체.
  5. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 공통금속이 Se인 것을 특징으로 하는 정보기록매체.
  6. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 공통금속이 Te인 것을 특징으로 하는 정보기록매체.
  7. 기판(1)및 이 기판(1)상에 형성된 복수층(3/7, 4/9) 하나하나가 적어도 1개의 공통금속을 포함한 복수의 금속을 갖추고 있는바, 이 복수층(3/7, 4/9) 으로 이루어진 기록층(2,6)을 갖춘 정보기록매체를 준비하고, 이 정보기록매체를 가열하면 융합하여 단일층(5,10)을 형성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 정보기록매체.
  8. 제7항에 있어서, 상기 공통금속이 Se인 것을 특징으로 하는 정보기록방법.
  9. 제7항에 있어서, 상기 공통금속이 Te인 것을 특징으로 하는 정보기록방법.
