Abstract

본 발명은 알팔파과의 종자, 뿌리, 줄기 및/또는 잎에서 추출한 선택적으로 혈중지방 농도를 저하시키는 제약조성물의 제조방법에 관한 것이다.
본 발명에 따르면, 적어도 40℃, pH8 이하의 물 또는 수용액을 사용하여 추출을 실시하고, 얻어진 추출물을 단독으로 또는, 거의 소화되지 않거나 또는 전혀 소화되지 않는 다당류 및 임의로 제약공업에서 주로 사용되는 담체와 함께 제약조성물로 변형하는 것이다.
본 발명에 따른 조성물은 유독한 아미노산인 카나바닌이나 호르몬작용을 나타내는 쿠메스트롤을 함유하지 않는다.

Claims (10)

  1. 적어도 40℃, pH8 이하의 물 또는 수용액을 사용하여 추출시키고, 얻어진 추출물을 단독으로 또는, 거의 소화되지 않거나 또는 전혀 소화되지 않는 다당류 및 임의로 제약산업에서 통상적으로 사용되는 담체와 함께 제약조성물로 변형시키는 것으로 이루어진 알팔파의 종자, 뿌리, 줄기 및/또는 잎을 추출하고, 임의로 추출물을 농축하고, 임의로 농축된 추출물로 부터 건조분말이나 과립을 제조하는 것을 특징으로 하는 선택적인 혈중지방농도저하 제약조성물의 제조 방법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 추출을 50 내지 120℃, pH5.5 내지 6.5의 수용액으로 행하는 것인 방법.
  3. 제2항에 있어서, 추출을 60 내지 70℃, pH5.8 내지 6.2의 수용액으로 행하는 것인 방법.
  4. 제1항 내지 제3항중 어느 하나의 항에 있어서, 염산, 아세트산, 시트르산, 말산, 타르타르산, 숙신산 또는 아스코르빈산의 수용액을 사용하는 것인 방법.
  5. 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 철, 마그네슘, 칼슘, 망간, 셀레늄, 아연, 코발트 및/또는 구리 이온과 염산, 아세트산, 시트르산, 말산, 타르타르산, 숙신산, 아스코르빈산 또는 황산 등과의 염을 함유하는 수용액을 사용하는 것인 방법.
  6. 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 철, 마그네슘, 칼슘, 망간, 셀레늄, 아연, 코발트 및/또는 구리 이온과 아스파르트산 또는 글루타민산과의 염을 함유하는 수용액을 사용하는 것인 방법.
  7. 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 수용액으로 산성 완충용액을 사용하는 것인 방법.
  8. 제7항에 있어서, 산성 완충용액으로 아세트산과 아세트산나트륨, 인산이수소칼륨과 인산수소이 나트륨, 인산수소이나트륨과 시트르산 또는 아세트산나트륨을 함유하는 수용액을 사용하는 것인 방법.
  9. 제1항 내지 제8항중 어느 하나의 항에 따라 제조된 선택적인 혈중지방농도저하 제약조성물.
  10. 1ppm이하의 카나바닌과 9ppm이하의 쿠메스트롤을 함유하는 선택적으로 현중지방농도를 저하시키기 위한 알팔과 추출물.
