Abstract
본 발명은 제강 컨버터에서 강을 정련하기 위한 철을 함유하는 냉각제의 제조 공정에 관한 것이다. 냉각제는 압연기(rolling mill)로부터 나오는 지방질의 슬러리(slurry)로 생산된 난형체(ovoid : 卵形體)로 형성된다.
본 발명은 또한 상기 공정으로 획득된 철을 함유하는 냉각제에 관한 것이다.

Claims (11)
- 제강 컨버터내에서 강을 정련하기 위한 철을 함유하는 냉각제의 제조공정으로서, 상기 냉각제는 지방질의 압연기 슬러리로부터 생산된 난형체로 형성됨을 특징으로 하며 하기의 공정을 구비함을 특징으로 하는 제조공정: - 석회, 철광석, 용재 및 금속섬유는 하기의 단위중량당 구성비를 가지는 혼합물을 획득하기 위하여 추출된 지방질의 압연기 슬러리에 첨가되고, ·지방질 슬러리 : 55-93% ·석회 : 5-25% ·금속섬유 : 5-15%·철광석 : 1-15%·용재 : 1-15% - 상기 혼합물은 석회의 소화를 위하여 덮어져 유지되며, - 획득된 혼합물은 균질화 되며, - 4-10%의 고착제가 첨가되며, - 그리고 상기 혼합물은 난형체를 형성하기 위하여 압축된다.
- 제1항에 있어서, 난형체는 20-60mm사이의 길이 및 10-25mm사이의 두께를 가지는 일반적인 타원체 형태를 가짐을 특징으로 하는 제조공정.
- 제1항에 있어서, 금속섬유는 약 5mm의 최대길이 및 약 0.3mm의 평균직경을 가짐을 특징으로 하는 제조공정.
- 제1항 내지 제3항의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 금속섬유는 연삭과 같은 기계가공으로 나오는 조각임을 특징으로 하는 제조공정.
- 제1항, 제3항 및 제4항에 있어서, 금속섬유는 철을 함유함을 특징으로 하는 제조공정.
- 제1항에 있어서, 혼합물의 구성비는 단위중량당, 바람직하게는 하기와 같음을 특징으로 하는 제조공정.
- 지방질의 슬러리 : 76-80%·석회 : 10-20%·금속섬유 : 7-12%·철광석 : 1-6%·용재 : 1-6%.
- 제1항에 있어서, 바람직하게는 4-6%의 고착제가 첨가됨을 특징으로 하는 제조공정.
- 제1항에 있어서, 고착제는 당밀줄기, 암모늄 리그노설포네이트 및 칼슘 리그노설포네이트에서 추출됨을 특징으로 하는 제조공정.
- 제1항 내지 제8항의 어느 한 항에 따른 제조공정에 의해 생산된 철을 함유하는 냉각제로서, 단위중량당 하기의 구성 성분비를 가짐을 특징으로 하는 냉각제. - 50-67%의 철 - 8-18%의 석회 - 0.2%미만의 유황 - 7%미만의 탄소 - 철이 유리형태 및 산화물 형태로 존재하는 10%미만의 알카리성 및 무기물 형태의 잔류물.
