Abstract
본 발명은 압출 또는 사출 성형에 의한 합성물을 제조하기 위한 방법에 관한 것이다.
열가소성 유기재, 보강재 및 임의적 미네랄 재료와 유기 첨가제가 압출기의 수단에 의해 혼합되는 것에 따른 본 발명의 방법은 연속 필라멘트 또는 섬유형태로 압출기내로 도입되는 약간의 유기재로 구성되어 있다.

Claims (16)
- 합성물 제조 방법에 있어서, 열가소성 유기재와 유리 섬유와 선택적인 유기 첨가물과 같은 보강 섬유 및 미네날 재료를 조합함으로써 형성되고, 상기 재료와 보강재로 공급된 압출기로부터 압출 또는 사출 성형에 의해 얻어지며, 연속 필라멘트 또는 섬유의 형태로 압출기에 도입된 약간의 유기재로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 합성물 제조 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 연속 유기재 섬유와 보강 성분은 동일 입구를 거쳐서 압출기내로 도입되는 것을 특징으로 하는 합성물 제조 방법.
- 제2항에 있어, 보강 섬유는 절단 섬유 형태로 압출기내로 도입되는 것을 특징으로 하는 합성물 제조 방법.
- 제2항에 있어서, 압출기는 하나 이상의 롤로부터 취해진 연속 유기재 섬유와 하나 이상의 롤로부터 취해진 연속 보강 섬유를 공급하는 것을 특징으로 하는 합성물 제조 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 연속 유기재 섬유와 연속 섬유 형태인 보강 섬유는 두개의 다른 입구를 거쳐 압출기내로 도입되고, 보강 섬유는 유기재 섬유의 입구 하류로 도입되는 것을 특징으로 하는 합성물 제조 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 압출기는 연속 유리 필라멘트와 연속 유기재 필라멘트의 합에 의해 형성된 적어도 하나의 합성 섬유에 공급되는 것을 특징으로 하는 합성물 제조방법.
- 제6항에 있어서, 압출기는 유기재중 약간이 상기 섬유의 커버층 형태인 적어도 하나의 합성섬유에 공급되는 것을 특징으로 하는 합성물 제조방법.
- 제6항에 있어서, 압출기는 모든 유기재가 연속 필라멘트 형태인 적어도 하나의 합성 섬유로 공급되는 것을 특징으로 하는 합성물 제조방법.
- 제6항 내지 제8항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 압출기는 유기재와 유리의 각 비율이 제조될 합성물에 대응하는 합성 섬유로만 공급되는 것을 특징으로 하는 합성물 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 유기재는 그래뉼 형태와 연속 섬유 형태로 압출기내로 도입되고, 섬유는 그래뉼의 하류로 도입되는 것을 특징으로 하는 합성물 제조 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 압출기내로 도입된 적어도 약간의 유기재는 유리 섬유를 포함하는 그래뉼인 것을 특징으로 하는 합성물 제조 방법.
- 제11항에 있어서, 유리 섬유를 포함하는 약간의 그래뉼은 웨이스트 합성섬유의 분쇄로부터 초래된 그래뉼인 것을 특징으로 하는 합성물 제조 방법
- 제1항에 있어서, 적어도 약간의 유기재는 첨가제로 착색된 재료의 형태인 것을 특징으로 하는 합성물 제조방법.
- 유리로 보강된 섬유로 절단되는 로드의 제조시에 상기 항중 어느 한 항에 따른 방법의 적용.
- 유리 섬유로 보강된 프로파일부분이 압출에 의해 제조되는 제1항 내지 제13항중 어느 한 항에 따른 방법의 적용.
- 유리 섬유로 보강된 부분의 사출 주형에 의해 제조되는 제1항 내지 제13항중 어느 한 항에 따른 방법의 적용.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
