Claims (3)
- 全体にフライトが形成されたスクリュと、外周に加熱手段が備わり前記スクリュが収められるバレルと、を有する射出成形機の可塑化装置であって、
前記スクリュの後端に供給部が存在せず、前記スクリュの後端から前端にかけて圧縮部と計量部とが形成され、前記圧縮部の溝径と前記計量部の溝径とを同じくするとともに、前記圧縮部の溝深さと前記計量部の溝深さとを同じくし、前記圧縮部はピッチが滑らかに変化し前記計量部はピッチが一定し、前記圧縮部の後端のピッチと前記計量部のピッチとの比が1.4〜2.0であり、且つ、前記加熱手段の発熱密度が4〜6W/cm 2 である射出成形機の可塑化装置。 - 前記スクリュの圧縮部の溝深さ及び計量部の溝深さが、2.5乃至4.5mmである請求項1に記載の射出成形機の可塑化装置。
- 前記スクリュの計量部の長さがスクリュの径の2乃至6倍であり、且つ、前記スクリュの全長がスクリュの径の15乃至20倍である請求項1又は2に記載の射出成形機の可塑化装置。
