Abstract
본 발명은 시멘트가 결합제로서 시멘트가 결합제로서 사용되고 셀룰로스 섬유, 합성 수지 섬유 등과 같은 섬유가 보강재로 사용되는 해클링 방식에 따른 섬유상 시멘트제 건자재, 건축 성형체 및 건축판의 제조 방법에 있어서, 충분한 습도가 얻어지고 균열 형성이 현저히 방지되도록 하려는 것이다. 이를 위해, 본 발명에 따라 보강재 섬유의 일부를 실의 형태로 풀어진 합성 수지-파치 및/또는 합성 수지-페품으로 대체할 것을 제안한다.

Claims (6)
- 시멘트가 결합제로서 사용되고 셀룰로스 섬유, 합성 수지 섬유 등과 같은 섬유가 보강재로 사용되는 해클링 방식에 따른 섬유상 시멘트제 건자재, 건축 성형체 및 건축판의 제조 방법에 있어서, 보강재 섬유의 일부는 실의 형태로 풀어진 합성 수지-파치 및/또는 합성 수지-페품으로 대체되는 것을 특징으로 하는 섬유상 시멘트제 건자재, 건축 성형체 및 건축판의 제조 방법.
- 시멘트가 결합제로서 사용되고 셀룰로서 섬유, 합성 수지 섬유 등과 같은 섬유가 보강재로 사용되는 해클링 방식에 따른 섬유상 시멘트제 건자재, 건축 성형체 및 건축판의 제조방법에 있어서, 보강재 섬유의 일부는 실의 형태로 풀어진 셀룰로스-파치 및/또는 셀룰로스-페품으로 대체되는 것을 특징으로 하는 섬유상 시멘트제 건자재, 건축 성형체 및 건축판의 제조 방법.
- 시멘트가 결합제로서 사용되고 셀룰로스 섬유, 합성 수지 섬유 등과 같은 섬유가 보강재로 사용되는 해클링 방식에 따른 섬유상 시멘트제 건자재, 건축 성형체 및 건축판의 제조 방법에 있어서, 보강재 섬유의 일부는 실의 형태로 풀어진 합성 수지-파치 및/또는 셀룰로스-페품으로 대체되는 것을 특징으로 하는 섬유상 시멘트제 건자재, 건축 성형체 및 건축판의 제조 방법.
- 선행항들 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 재료의 분율을 전체 매트릭스의 5 내지 25중량%인 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제3항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 재료의 분율은 전체 매트릭스의 5 내지 25중량%인 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 선행항들 중 어느 한항에 있어서, 시멘트와 섬유로 부터 이들 각각의 재료의 보다 작은 차이의 제타 포텐셜에 의해 생성되는 것 보다 큰 솜 부스러기가 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
