Abstract

본 발명은 굵기가 3∼25μ인 유리섬유, 탄소섬유, 아라미드섬유 등과 같은 보강섬유를 2∼10㎝ 정도의 길이로 절단하여 스트랜드(strend)로 만든 매트(mat)나 연속스트랜드로 만든 연속스트랜드매트를 폴리에틸렌, 폴리프로필렌 또는 폴리스티렌 등과 같은 폴리올레핀 수지와 무수말레인산, 아크릴산 또는 메타아크릴산 등을 공중합시킨 수지를 함침시켜 판상의 성형체를 제조하는 것을 특징으로 하는 섬유 강화 열가소성 플라스틱 성형체의 제조방법에 관한 것이다.

Claims (1)

  1. 굵기가 3∼25μ인 보강섬유를 2∼10㎝ 정도의 길이로 절단하여 스트랜드로 만든 매트나 연속스트랜드로 만든 연속스트랜드매트로 제조하여 폴리올레핀 수지에 무수말레인산, 아크릴산, 메타아크릴산 등으로 공중합시킨 수지를 함침시켜 판상의 성형체를 제조하는 것을 특징으로 하는 섬유강화 열가소성 플라스틱 성형체의 제조방법.
