Abstract
나일론(Ny)과 메티크실렌아디프아미드(MXD6)를 40~85:15~60의 중량비로 함유하고, MD방향과 TD방향으로 모두 2.8배이상의 배율로 연신시킨 인열 용이성 연신필름이다. 나일론(Ny)의 구체적인 예를 나일론 66(Ny66), 나일론 6-66공중합체(Ny 6-66)등으로 구성한다. 이 인열 용이성 연신 필름의 제조방법의 기본은 튜우불러법에 의한 2축 연신 공정에 있어서 원 필름을 가열할 때, 버블을 겹쳐 포갰을때의 폭 방향 끝부분의 가열 온도가 후에 제품으로 사용되는 부분의 가열온도보다 낮아지도록 버블의 원주 방향을 따라 제어되어 있다.
필름에 열처리를 하는 공정에서 튜우불러법 또는 텐터법에 따라 필름에 120℃~190℃의 온도에서 제1단계 열처리를 하는 공정과 텐터법에 따라 필름에 190℃~22℃의 온도에서 제2단계 열처리를 하는 공정이 포함한다.

Claims (19)
- 나일론(Ny)및 메티크실렌아디프아미드(MXD6)로 된 인열 용이성 연신 필름으로서, 전기 Ny와 전기 MXD6의 중량비가 40~85:60~15이고, 필름 제조과정에 있어서의 MD방향(필름의 이동방향)및 TD방향(필름의 폭방향)쪽으로의 연신배율이 각각 2.8배 이상임을 특징으로 하는 인열용이성 연신 필름.
- 제1항에 있어서, 전기 나일론(Ny)이 나일론66(Ny66)임을 특징으로 하는 인열 용이성 연신 필름.
- 제2항에 있어서, 전기 인열 용이성 연신 필름이 다른 필름과 적층됨을 특징으로 하는 인열 용이성 연신 필름.
- 제1항에 있어서, 전기 나일론(Ny)이 나일론6-66공중합체(Ny6-66)임을 특징으로 하는 인열 용이성 연신 필름.

- 제6항에 있어서, 중간의 제2층으로서의 전기 나일론6(Ny6)의 양면에는 제1층과 제3층으로서의 Ny6및 MXD6을 함유하는 층이 적층됨을 특징으로 하는 인열 용이성 연신 필름. 단 전기 제1층과 제3층에서의 Ny6과 MXD6의 중량비는 60~95:40~5(단, 제2층에서의 MXD6의 함유량은 제1층과 제3층에서의 MXD6의 함유량보다 많음)이고, 전기 제1층~제3층의 두께비율은 1:8:1~4:2:4이며, 제1층 또는 제3층과 제2층의 두께비율은 1:8~2:1이고, 제1층과 제3층의 두께 비율은 1:2~2:1이다.
- 제9항에 있어서, 전기 제1층~제3층이 일체로 적층된 인열 용이성 필름이 다른 필름과 적층됨을 특징으로 하는 인열용이성 연신 필름.
- 제6항에 있어서, 전기 인열 용이성 연신 필름은 다른 복수의 필름과 적층되고, 시일란트 필름과는 인접하여 적층됨을 특징으로 하는 인열 용이성 연신 필름.
- 나일론(Ny)과 메타크실렌아디프아미드(MXD6)를 40~85:60~15의 중량비율로 함유하는 원료 혼합물을 압출기로 부터 용융 압출하여 원 필름을 제조하고, 이와 같이 하여 제조된 원 필름을 튜우불러법을 사용하여 MD방향 및 TD방향으로 모두 2.8배이상의 배율로 2축 연신하며, 연신된 필름을 편평하게 겹쳐 포개고, 이 겹쳐 포갠 필름을 열처리하는 공정으로됨을 특징으로 하는 인열 용이성 연신 필름의 제조방법.
- 제12항에 있어서, 전기 압출기에 의한 용융압출 공정은 그 앞의 공정으로서 전기 원료 혼합물을 300℃이하의 온도에서 용융 혼련하는 공정을 포함하고 있음을 특징으로 하는 인열 용이성 연신 필름의 제조방법.
- 제12항에 있어서, 튜우불러법을 이용한 2축 연신 공정에서는 버블형상으로 형성된 원 필름을 편평하게 겹쳐 포갰을때의 폭 방향 끝부분의 가열 온도가 후에 제품으로 사용되는 기타부분의 가열온도보다 낮도록 버블 형상의 원필름의 원주 방향을 따라 제어되어 있음을 특징으로 하는 인열 용이성 연신 필름의 제조방법.
- 제12항에 있어서, 튜우불러법을 이용한 2축 연신 공정에서는 버블형상으로 형성된 원 필름을 편평하게 겹쳐 포갰을때의 폭 방향 끝부분을 가열하기 위한 히이터 온도와 후에 제품으로 사용되는 기타 부분을 가열하기 위한 히이터의 온도를 각각 제어함을 특징으로 하는 인열 용이성 연신 필름의 제조방법.단, 버블형상 원 필름의 폭방향 끝부분을 가열하기 위한 히이터 온도는 전체 히이터의 평균 온도보다 10~100℃이다.
- 제12항에 있어서, 튜우불러법을 이용한 2축 연신 공정에서는 버블형상으로 형성된 원 필름을 편평하게 겹쳐 포갰을때의 폭방향 끝부분을 가열하기 위한 히이터 온도와 후에 제품으로 사용되는 기타부분을 가열하기 위한 히이터 온도를 각각 제어함을 특징으로 하는 인열 용이성 연신 필름의 제조방법. 단, 제품으로 사용되는 기타부분을 가열하기 위한 히이터 온도는 전체 히이터의 평균온도보다 10~100℃높다.
- 제12항에 있어서, 튜우불러법을 이용한 2축 연신 공정에서는 버블형상으로 형성된 원 필름을 겹쳐 포갰을때의 폭방향의 최단부(最端部)의 가열 온도가 최저이고 제품으로 사용되는 기타 부분의 거의 중앙부의 가열온도가 최고임을 특징으로 하는 인열 용이성 연신 필름의 제조방법.
- 제12항에 있어서, 전기 원 필름의 열처리는 튜우불러법에 따라 120℃~190℃의 온도에서 열처리를 하는 제1단계 열처리 공정과 텐터법에 따라 190℃~220℃의 온도에서 열처리를 하는 제2단계 열처리 공정을 포함함을 특징으로 하는 인열 용이성 연신 필름의 제조방법.
- 제12항에 있어서, 전기 원필름의 열처리는 편평 필름의 양단부를 텐터법으로 파지하면서 120℃~190℃및 이완을 15%이하의 조건에서 실시하는 제1열처리 공정과, 편평 필름의 양단부를 2매의 필름으로 분리하는 공정과, 2매의 필름사이에 공기가 개재한 상태에서 양필름의 양단부를 텐터법으로 파지하면서 190℃~220℃및 이완율 15%이하의 조건에서 실시하는 제2열처리 공정을 포함함을 특징으로 하는 인열 용이성 연신 필름의 제조방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
