Abstract

실린더 보어의 압축실에 대응하는 가스 흡입효율이 우수한 피스톤형 압축기를 제공하며, 실린더 블록(1)에는 그 축심을 둘러싸도록 복수의 실린더 보어(8A∼8F)가 뚫어 설치되며 각 실린더 보어(8A∼8F)에는 피스톤(9)이 수용되어 있다. 밸브 수용실(25)에는 회전 밸브(26)가 구동축과 함께 회전 가능하게 수용되며 회전 밸브(26)에는 가스 방출홈(32)이 관통형성되어 있다. 실린더 블록(1)의 후단부에는 밸브 수용실(25)과 각 실린더 보어(8A~8F)의 압축실(10A~10F)을 연통하게 한 연통홈(31A~31F)이 방사형으로 형성되어 있다. 회전 밸브(26)의 회전에 따라 회전 밸브(25)를 사이에 두고 서로 대향하는 두개의 압축실(10A∼10F)이 연통홈(31A∼31F) 및 가스방출구멍(32)을 매개로 연통되게 구성되어 있다.

제1도는 본 발명을 구체화한 제1실시예를 나타내는 경사판식 압축기 전체 측단면도,
제2도는 제1도의 A-A선에 있어서의 압축기 단면도,
제3도는 제1실시예의 회전 밸브의 사시도.

Claims (2)

  1. 회전축을 둘러싸듯이 실린더 블록에 형성된 복수의 실린더 보어 내에 피스톤을 수용하고 회전축의 회전에 따라 각 피스톤을 다른 구동 타이밍으로 왕복운동시키고 가스의 흡입 및 압축 배출을 행하는 피스톤형 압축기에 있어서, 밸브 본체를 실린더 블록에 수용하고 또한 회전축에 대해 상대 회전 불가능하게 설치됨과 동시에 압축가스의 배출을 완료한 실린더 보어의 압축실과 해당 실린더 보어의 배출완료시점에서 압축가스 흡입을 이미 완료하고 있는 다른 실린더 보어의 압축실을 회전축의 회전과 같은 시기에 연통하게한 가스방출 통로를 상기 밸브 본체에 설치한 것을 특징으로 하는 피스톤형 압축기.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 가스방출 통로는 밸브 본체의 주면의 주위를 돌게 접속하지 않도록 형성된 원형홈이며 이 원형홈에 의해 포위된 밸브 본체의 주면부의 주위를 도는 영역은 각 실린더 보어의 압축실에서 밸브 본체를 향해 연장 돌출된 각 연통로를 소과폐색하는 것을 특징으로 하는 피스톤형 압축기.
