Abstract

피스톤형 압축기의 체적효율향상 및 소음저감을 도모하는 것으로서 회전축(4)에 의해 회전하는 회전구동체(6)상에는 요동경사판(9)가 상대회전가능하게 지지되어 있고, 회전축(4)의 회전에 의해 요동경사판(9)가 요동하며, 실린더블록(1)내의 피스톤(10A1)(10A4)는 피스톤로드(10a)에 의해 요동경사판(9)에 연결되어 있고, 요동경사판(9)의 요동에 의해 실린더보어(1a)내를 전후구동되며, 실린더블록(1)의 수용오목한부(1b)에는 회전밸브(14)가 수용되어 있고, 커플링(16)을 거쳐서 회전축(4)에 연결하고 있고, 회전밸브(14)내에는 흡입실(17)이 설치되어 있고, 수용오목한부(1b)의 내부원주면에는 흡입구(1C1)(1C4)로 순차로 연달아 통하는 것을 특징으로하는 피스톤형 압축기에 있어서의 냉매가스흡입구조이다.

제1도는 본발명을 구체화한 1실시예를 나타내는 압축기전체의 측면단면도, 제2도는 제1도의 A-A선에 따른 단면도. 제3도는 회전밸브의 일부파단사시도.

Claims (1)

  1. 회전축(4)에 주위의 배열된 복수의 실린더보어(1a)내에 피스톤(10A1)~(10A6)을 수용함과 동시에, 회전축(4)의 회전에 연달아 통해서 피스톤(10A1)~(10A6)을 왕복이동시키는 피스톤형 압축기에 있어서, 피스톤(10A1)~(10A6)에 의해 실린더보어(1a)내에 구획되는 압축실(P1)~(P6)에 냉매가스를 도입하기 위한 흡입실(17)을 회전밸브(14)내에 형성하고, 피스톤(10A1)~(10A6)의 왕복이동에 동기해서 상기한 압축실(P1)~(P6)과 상기한 흡입실(17)의 출구(17b)와를 순차로 연달아 통하도록 상기한 회전밸브(14)를 설치한 것을 특징으로 하는 피스톤형 압축기에 있어서의 냉매가스흡입구조.
