Abstract
비분류된 오염물질-함유의 산업, 가정 및/또는 특수 쓰레기를 고온처리하는 폐기물의 재생방법을 기술한다. 혼합되고 결합된 구조를 유지하면서 존재하는 액체부의 동반과 수반한 폐기물은 콤팩트 팩으로 일괄 압축한다. 압력 작용을 유지하면서 100℃이상으로 가열된 채널에 지속적으로 명확하게 도입되어 초기 존재하는 액체가 증발하고 개개 폐기물 성분의 기계적 회복력이 제거될 때까지 채널벽과 미끄럼 비-명확한 접촉상태에 있게 된다. 동반된 유기 성분은 적어도 부분적으로는 결합제 기능을 한다. 이 상태에서 채널의 밖으로 배출된 구조적으로 안정한 성형된 고체덩어리 응집물은 적어도 1000℃에 유지되는 고온 반응기에 도입되고 여기서 가스침투성 베드를 형성한다.

Claims (14)
- 산업 폐기물뿐만 아니라 고체 및/또는 액체형태의 임의 오염물질을 함유하는 비분류 비처리된 산업, 가정 및/또는 특수 쓰레기에 고온작용 및 열분리 또는 물질의 전화공정을 수행하고, 최대의 열 이용을 모도하면서 생성 고체 잔류물을 고온 용융물로 전환시키는, 모든 유형의 폐기물을 재생하는 방법에 있어서, 혼합 및 결합된 구조를 유지하면서 존재하는 액체부의 동반이 수반된 큰 덩어리로 분리 또는 비분리된 상태의 폐기물은 콤팩트 팩으로 일괄 압축하고 압력작용을 유지하면서 1000℃ 이상으로 가열된 채널에 비-명확하게(non-positively) 도입하고, 콤팩트 생성물은 초기에 존재하는 액체가 증발하고 개개 폐기물 성분 본래의 기계적 회복력이 제거될때까지 그리고 동반된 유기성분이 적어도 부분적으로 결합제 기능을 가질 때까지 채널벽과 미끄럼, 비-명확한 접촉상태에 있고, 이 상태에서 채널밖으로 구조적으로 안정된 성형 방식으로 압축된 고체덩어리 응집물은 전체부피에 걸쳐 최소한 1000℃에 유지되는 고온 반응기에 도입되는 것을 특징으로 하는, 폐기물 재생 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 폐기물의 일괄 콤팩트 처리로 원래 존재하는 공간부피를 최소화하고 고체성분의 기계적 명확 및 비-명확한 단일체를 얻는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 휘발성이 강한 성분이 제거되고 가열된 채널로부터 건조된 단편 형태로 배출된 구조적으로 안정한 고형화 응집물은 곧바로 고온 반응기에 도입되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제2항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 고온반응기내의 고체덩어리로부터 가열된 채널에 입구높이까지 가스-침투성 베드가 형성되어 유지되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제4항중 어느 한 항에 있어서,고체 베드의 높이는 일정하게 유지되어 고체덩어리의 유기성분은 가열된 채널을 떠난 바로 직후에 최소한 열분해된 바로 외부영역에 존재하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제5항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 고체 베드의 탄소성분은 정량된 산소의 첨가에 의하여 이산화탄소로 가스화되어 이산화탄소가 탄소-함유 고체 베드를 통과할 때 일산화탄소로 전환되는 것(공기-탄소 반응)을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제6항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 열처리동안 폐기물의 동반 액체부로부터 가열된 채널에 형성되고 가열된 채널로부터 고압하에서 배출된 수증기는 탄소 덩어리의 열분해된 탄소화 가장자리영역으로부터 유래된 탄소-함유 유동화베드 구조물의 표면위를 통과하는 것(수성가스반응)을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제7항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 타르 및 오일등의 축합물의 형성을 방지하면서 유동화 베드상의 최소한 1000℃의 안정영역에서 모든 염소화 탄화수소 화합물(다이옥신 및 푸란)은 분해되고 유기성분의 열분해동안에 형성된 긴 사슬 탄화수소 화합물은 파괴되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제8항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 고온 반응기를 떠난 비로직후 최소한 1000℃의 고열의 오염물질-함유 합성 가스 혼하물을 100℃ 이하로 냉각될 때까지 급속 수-작용 처리를 하고(다이옥산 및 푸란의 신규합성은 배제) 그다음 먼지를 제거하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제9항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 산소로 탄소를 가스화시키는 과정에서 형성된 금속 및 미네랄 성분을 2000℃ 이상의 온도에서 용융하고 그 다음 생성된 액체형태를 공지의 분리공정에 따라 분리시키고 분별된 형태로 배출하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제10항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 고온가스화 공정후에 남은 주로 미네랄 성분의 고온 용융물을 천연물질과 유사한 조성을 가지는 매우 정제된, 무거품의 균질한 용융물이 될때까지 산소 분위기에서 액상으로 방치하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제11항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 내재 에너지의 최소한 상당부를 이용하면서 방적, 성형 또는 주형 및/또는 신장공정에 의하여 균질한 고온 용융물로부터 고품질의 산업재를 얻는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제12항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 생성된 합성가스는 채널 및 고온 반응기를 가열하고 용융물을 정제하고 가스 모터 및 터빈으로 산소설비를 작동시키는데 이용되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 폐기물의 압축공정은 그 후속공정에 대하여 시간간격방식으로 및/또는 국소적으로 실시되어 독립적으로 이송가능하고 적어도 일시적으로 저장가능한 일정모양 및 크기의 거의 순수한 저-방향성 팩이 얻어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
