Claims (10)

  1. 하기 일반식(1)로 표시되는 3 관능성 방향족 잔기로 페놀성 화합물을 가교한 구조를 갖는 페놀계수지 및 에폭시수지를 필수성분으로 하는 에폭시수지 조성물.
    [상기식에서, X1과 X2는 각각 독립하여 수소원자, 할로겐 원자 또는 저급 알킬기를 나타낸다.]
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 페놀계수지의 에폭시수지와의 혼합비가 에폭시 수지의 에폭시기 1몰에 대하여, 페놀계수지의 히드록실기가 0.5-1.5몰인 에폭시수지 조성물.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 페놀계수지가 하기 일반식(2)로 표시되는 3관능성 방향족 화합물과 페놀성 화합물을 중측합 반응시킴으로써 얻어지는 수지인 에폭시수지 조성물.
    [상기식에서, R1,R2및 R3은 각각 독립하여 수산기, 할로겐 원자 또는 탄소수가 1 내지 3인 저급 알콕시기를 나타내고, R2와 R3이 함께 1개의 산소원자일 수 있다. X1과 X2는 각각 독립하여 수소원자, 할로겐 원자 또는 알킬기를 나타낸다.]
  4. 제3항에 있어서, 일반식(2)로 표시되는 3관능성 방향족 화합물이 α,α,α′ -트리할로크실렌, α,α,α′ -트리알콕시크실렌, 히드록시메틸렌즈알데히드 및 할로메틸벤즈알데히드로 구성된 군으로부터 선택되는 화합물인 에폭시수지 조성물.
  5. 제3항에 있어서, 페놀성 화합물이 페놀, o-크레졸, m-크레졸, p-크레졸, 카테콜, 레조르신, 2,2-비스(p-히드록시페닐)프로판, 비스(p-히드록시페닐)메탄, p-페닐페놀, α-나프톨, β-나프톨, 페난트롤 및 옥시안트라센으로 구성된 군으로부터 선택되는 화합물인 에폭시 수지 조성물.
  6. 제3항에 있어서, 페놀계 수지의 수평균 분자량이 350-2000의 범위인 에폭시수지 조성물.
  7. 제3항에 있어서, 페놀수지에 대하여 80중량％이하의 노볼락수지, 페놀아랄킬수지, 디시클로펜타디엔 변성페놀수지 및 레졸계 페놀수지로 구성된 군으로부터 선택된 수지를 에폭시 수지의 경화제로서 병용하는 에폭시수지 조성물.
  8. 제3항에 있어서, 에폭시 수지가 노볼락수지, 페놀아랄킬수지, 디시클로펜타디엔 변성 페놀수지 및 레졸계페놀수지로 구성된 군으로부터 선택된 수지의 글리시딜 에테르, 알코올류의 글리시딜에테르, 카르복실산의 글리시딜 에스테르, 질소원제에 결합한 활성수지를 글리시딜기로 치환한 것, 치환식 에폭시 수지로 구성된 군으로부터 선택되는 에폭시 수지 조성물.
  9. 제3항에 있어서, 에폭시수지의 연화점이 60-100℃, 에폭시 당량이 100-400의 범위인 에폭시 수지 조성물.
  10. 제3항에 있어서, 아민류, 이미다졸류, 유기 포스핀류 및 테트라페닐 보론류로 구성된 군으로부터 선택되는 경화 촉진제를 에폭시 수지에 대하여 0.001-5중량％의 범위로 함유하는 에폭시 수지 조성물.
