Abstract

(a) 폴리아민 경화제 및 (b) 지방족 알콜-알킬렌 옥시드 부가물을 함유하고, 낮은 휘발성 및 양호한 가공성을 갖는 에폭시 수지를 위한 아민 경화제 조성물을 제공한다. 또한 지방족 알콜-알킬렌 옥시드 부가물을 함유한 에폭시 수지-폴리아민 경화제 시스템을 제공한다.

Claims (10)

  1. (a) 2개 이상의 질소 원자 및 2개 이상의 아민 수소 원자를 가진 폴리아미드 및, (b) 폴리아민을 기준으로 약 1-약 300 중량%의, 하기 일반식을 갖는 지방족 알콜-알킬렌 옥시드 부가물:
    R1 -(O-CR 2R3-CR4R5)n-OH
    (식에서, R1은 7-22개의 탄소 원자를 가진 히드로카르빌 기이며, R2-5는 따로 따로 수소 또는 C1-4알킬기이며, n은 평균 값 1-15를 갖는 수이다)로 구성되는 아민 경화제 조성물.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, R1이 8-18개의 탄소 원자를 갖는 히드로카르빌기인 조성물.
  3. 제1 또는 2항에 있어서, R1이 선형 알킬기인 조성물.
  4. 제1 내지 3항 중 임의의 한 항에 있어서, n이 평균 값 1-5를 갖는 수인 조성물.
  5. 제1 내지 4항 중 임의의 한 항에 있어서, R2-5이 모두 수소인 조성물.
  6. 제1항에 있어서, 폴리아민이 지방족 아민, 지환족 아민, 에폭시 수지와 아민의 부가물, 방향족 아민, 아미도아민 및 폴리아미드로 구성된 군으로부터 선택되는 조성물.
  7. 제1항에 있어서, 부가로 촉진제로 포함하는 조성물.
  8. (a) 에폭시 수지, (b) 2개 이상의 질소 원자 및 2개 이상의 아민 수소 원자를 가진 폴리아민 및, (c) 폴리아민을 기준으로 약 1-약 300 중량%의, 하기 일반식을 갖는 지방족 알콜-알킬렌 옥시드 부가물:
    R1 -(O-CR 2R3-CR4R5)n-OH
    (식에서, R1은 7-22개의 탄소 원자를 가진 히드로카르빌 기이며, R2-5는 따로 따로 수소 또는 C1-4알킬기이며, n은 평균 값 1-15를 갖는 수이다)로 구성되는 아민 경화제 조성물.
  9. 제8항에 있어서, 에폭시 수지가 폴리히드릭 페놀의 폴리글리시딜 에테르인 조성물.
  10. 제8항의 경화성 에폭시 수지 조성물로 코우팅된 지지체.
