Abstract
본 발명은 A) 에폭시 수지 및 여기에 현탁된, 에폭시 수지계와 반응하는 어떤 기도 함유하지 않는 강화제로 구성된 저장 안정성 현탁액, B) B1) 디시안디아미드, B2) 시클로지방족 폴리아민, 및 B3) 폴리옥시알킬렌 아민으로 구성된 경화제 혼합물 및, 임의성분으로서 C) 경화 촉진제, 표준 충전재, 강화제 또는 변성제를 포함하는 에폭시 수지 조성물에 관한 것이다. 이들 조성물은 캐스팅 수지, 라미네이팅 수지, 프리프레그 또는 접착제로서 특히 적합하다.

Claims (10)
- A) 에폭시 수지 및 여기에 현탁된, 에폭시 수지계와 반응하는 어떤 기도 함유하지 않는 강화제로 구성된 저장 안정성 현탁액, B) B1) 디시안디아미드, B2) 시클로지방족 폴리아민, 및 B3) 폴리옥시알킬렌 아민으로 구성된 경화제 혼합물 및, 임의성분으로서 C) 경화 촉진제, 표준 충전재, 강화제 또는 변성제를 포함하는 에폭시 수지 조성물이 현탁액.
- 제1항에 있어서, 성분 A)의 에폭시 수지가 액체 또는 고체 폴리글리시딜 에테르 또는 폴리글리시딜 에스테르, 또는 시클로지방족 에폭시 수지인 현탁액.
- 제2항에 있어서, 폴리글리시딜 에테르가 비스페놀의 액체 또는 고체 디글리시딜에테르이거나 또는 폴리글리시딜 에스테르가 시클로지방족 또는 방향족 디카르복시산의 디글리시딜 에스테르인 현탁액.
- 제1항에 있어서, 성분 A)가 고체 강화제를 포함하는 현탁액.
- 제4항에 있어서, 고체 강화제가 코아/쉘 중합체인 현탁액.
- 제1항에 있어서, 성분 B2)로서 1,2-디아미노시클로헥산, 비스(4-아미노시클로헥실)메탄, 비스(4-아미노-3-메틸시클로헥실)메탄, 4-아미노시클로헥실-4'-아미노페닐메탄.으로 이루어진 군으로부터 선정된 시클로지방족 폴리아민 1이상을 포함하는 현탁액.
- 제6항에 있어서, 비스(4-아미노시클로헥실)메탄, 비스(4-아미노-3-메틸시클로헥실)-메탄 및으로 구성된 군으로부터 선정되는 시클로지방족 폴리아민 1이상을 포함하는 현탁액.
- 제1항에 있어서, 성분 B3)로서 폴리옥시프로필렌 아민 또는 폴리옥시에틸렌 아민, 또는 이 두가지 모두의 혼합물을 포함하는 현탁액.
- 제8항에 있어서, 하기식의 폴리옥시프로필렌 아민을 포함하는 현탁액 :상기식에서, n은 2내지 40의 정수이다.
- 캐스팅 수지, 라미네이팅 수지, 프리프레그 또는 접착제로서의 제1항에 정의된 현탁액의 용도.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
