Abstract
본 발명은 폴리아민을 모노에폭사이드와 폴리에폭사이드의 혼합물과 반응시킴으로써 제조된 수-상용성 폴리아민-에폭시 첨가생성물에 관한 것으로, 이때 상기 모노에폭사이드는 폴리아님 중에 존재하는 1차 아미노기의 약10내지 50%와 반응하는 양으로 첨가되고, 폴리에폭사이드는 남아있는 1차 아미노 기의 약35내지 65%와 반응하는 양으로 첨가된다.
또한, 본 발명은 아민 염 형태이며, 전술한 바와 같이 제조한 수-상용성 폴리아민-에폭시 첨가생성물, 및 폴리아민을 방향족 모노에폭사이드와 반응시킴으로써(이때, 방향족 모노에폭사이드는 1차 아미노기 하나당 약0.4내지 1당량의 에폭사이드를 제공하는 양으로 반응시킴) 제조된 수지-상용성 폴리아민-에폭시 첨가생성물을 포함하는 수-분산성 혼합 수지에 관한 것이다.
또한 본 발명은 수-상용성 폴리아민-에폭시 첨가생성물, 수지-상용성 폴리아민-에폭시 첨가생성물 및 이들가 함께 유화된 폴리에폭사이드 수지를 포함하는 2-성분 수성 에폭시 코우팅 조성물에 관한 것으로, 이때 코우팅 조성물이 폴리에폭사이드 수지의 양은 활성 수소원자 1당량 약0.5내지 1.5당량의 에폭사이드가 존재할 수 있는 양이다.

Claims (8)
- 폴리아민을 모노에폭사이드와 1종이상의 폴리에폭사이드의 혼합물과 반응시키되, 이때 모노에폭사이드는 1차 아민기의 약 10 내지 50%와 반응하는 비율로 첨가되고 폴리에폭사이드는 남아있는 1차 아민기의 약 35% 내지 65%와 반응하는 양으로 첨가됨으로써 제조된, 수(水)-분산성 폴리아민-에폭시 첨가생성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 모노에폭사이드/폴리에폭사이드 비율이 0.5 내지 2에폭사이드 당량의 모노에폭사이드/1당량의 폴리에폭사이드인, 수-분산성 폴리아민-에폭시 첨가생성물.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 폴리에폭사이드가 지방족 디에폭사이드 또는 폴리에폭사이드 및 방향족 디에폭사이드 또는 폴리에폭사이드의 혼합물로 이루어지는, 수-분산성 폴리아민-에폭시 첨가생성물.
- 제3항에 있어서, 상기 폴리아민이 하기 식으로 표시되는 폴리알킬렌 폴리아민인, 수-분산성 폴리아민-에폭시 첨가생성물 :H2NR-[NHR]n-NH2상기 식에서 n은 0 내지 약 6의 정수이고 R은 알킬렌 기이다.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 모노에폭사이드가 하기 구조식들로 이루어진 군중에서 선택된 구조식으로 표시되는 모노에폭사이드인, 수-분산성 폴리아민-에폭시 첨가생성물 :상기 식들중, R은 4 내지 18개의 탄소원자를 가진 지방족 기 또는 방향족 기이다.
- 수(水)-상용성 폴리아민-에폭시 첨가생성물과 수지-상용성 폴리아민-에폭시 첨가생성물의 혼합물을 포함하되, 이때 상기 수-상용성 폴리아민-에폭시 첨가생성물은 폴리아민을 모노에폭사이드와 폴리에폭사이드의 혼합물(이때, 모노에폭사이드는 1차 아민기의 약 10 내지 50%와 반응하는 비율로 첨가되고 폴리에폭사이드는 남아있는 1차 아민기의 약 35 내지 65%와 반응하는 양으로 첨가됨)과 반응시킴으로써 제조되고, 상기 수지-상용성 폴리아민-에폭시 첨가생성물은 폴리아민을 방향족 모노에폭사이드 또는 폴리에폭사이드와 반응시킴으로써 제조되는, 수-분산성 폴리아민-에폭시 첨가생성물.
- A. (a) 폴리아민을 모노에폭사이드와 폴리에폭사이드의 혼합물과 반응시키되, 이때 상기 모노에폭사이드는 1차 아민기의 약 10 내지 50%와 반응하는 비율로 첨가되고, 상기 폴리에폭사이드는 남아있는 1차 아민기의 약 5 내지 35%와 반응하는 양으로 첨가됨으로써 제조된, 수-상용성 폴리아민-에폭시 첨가생성물 0.25 내지 4중량부 ; 및 (b) 1중량부의 수지-상용성 폴리아민-에폭시 첨가생성물을 포함하는 혼합물(이때, 25% 이상의 잔류 아미노기를 가지는 상기 수-상용성 폴리아민-에폭시 첨가생성물과 수지-상용성 폴리아민-에폭시 첨가생성물의 혼합물은 포름알데히드와 반응시킨 후에 산과 반응시킴으로써 폴리아민을 최소한 부분적으로 중화시킴) ; 및 B. 혼합물중의 아미노 활성 수소원자 하나당 약 0.5 내지 1.5당량의 에폭사이드가 존재할 수 있는 양으로 제공되는 폴리에폭사이드 수지를 포함하는, 수성 매체중에 분산된 2-성분 코우팅 조성물.
- 제7항에 있어서, 상기 산이 카르복실산인, 코우팅 조성물.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
