Abstract

본 발명은 영구적 대전방지성을 갖는 광경화형 예비중합체 및 이의 제조방법에 관한 것으로, 좀 더 상세하게는 (가)히드록시 알킬(메타)아크릴레이트 및/또는 (나)카프로락톤 변성 히드록시 에틸(메타)아크릴레이트에 (다)4급 암모늄염기 및 히드록시기를 동시에 함유하는 (메타)아크릴레이트를 혼합시켜 혼합물을 제조하고, 상기 혼합물을 (라)이소시아누레이트 고리를 함유하는 지방족 다관능성 이소시아네이트에 적가시켜 제조된 예비 중합체에 관한 것이다.

Claims (7)

  1. 하기 식(Ⅰ)로 표시되는 암모늄염을 함유하는 예비 중합체.
    (Ⅰ)
    상기식에서 R1은 -〔-O(CH2)1-〕-로 표시되는 알킬기로써 1은 2 내지 6의 정수이며, R2는으로 표시되며, m은 1 내지 6의 정수이며, R3는

    로 표시되며, 여기서 n, o 및 q는 1 내지 6의 정수이고, p는 0 내지 6의 정수이며, X는 Cl, Br 또는 SO3CH3이고, a+b+c=3이며, 이때 c는 필수성분이고, a 및 b는 선택적으로 사용되며, W는
  2. 제1항에 따른 상기 식 Ⅰ의 화합물을 함유하는 대전방지제.
  3. (가)히드록시 알킬(메타)아크릴레이트 및/또는 (나) 카프로락톤 변성 히드록시 에틸(메타)아크릴레이트에 (다) 4급 암모늄염기 및 히드록시기를 동시에 함유하는 (메타)아크릴레이트를 혼합시켜 혼합물을 제조하고, 상기 혼합물을 (라) 이소시아누레이트 고리를 함유하는 지방족 다관능성 이소시아네이트에 적가시키는 것으로 구성됨을 특징으로 하는 하기 식Ⅰ로 표시되는 예비 중합체의 제조방법.

  5. 제3항에 있어서, 상기 (라)이소시아누레이트 고리를 함유하는 지방족 다관능성 이소시아네이트가 헥사메틸렌 디이소시아네이트의 이소시아누레이트 형태의 트리머임을 특징으로 하는 암모늄염을 함유하는 예비 중합체의 제조방법.
  6. 제3항에 있어서, 상기 (가), (나) 및 (다)의 히드록시기의 합이 상기 성분(라)의 이소시아네이트기에 대하여 100mole% 이상으로 사용됨을 특징으로 하는 암모늄염을 함유하는 예비 중합체의 제조방법.
  7. 제3항에 있어서, 상기 성분(다)의 히드록시기가 상기 성분(가) 및(나)의 히드록시기 합에 대하여 0.1 내지 100mole%까지 사용됨을 특징으로 하는 암모늄염을 함유하는 예비 중합체의 제조방법.
