Claims (3)
- (가) (a) 직쇄지방족 2염기산, (b) 직쇄지방족 글리콜, (c) 직쇄지방족 글리콜 및 방향족 디카르복실산의 결합체, 또는 방향족 디올 및 직쇄 지방족 디카르복실산의 비스(히드록시알킬) 부가물 및 (d) 페놀 캐핑제를 지방족 수산기의 부재(不在)하에서 축합시킨 방향족 수산기 축합 생성물(단, 전기 (a) 및 (b)의 메틸렌기의 합계는 10 내지 13개이며, (a) 또는 (b)의 약까지는 C6내지 C8시클로 지방족 2염기산 또는 디올로써 대치시킬 수 있으며, 상기 폴리올의 분자량은 약 1000 내지 4000이고, 고체 당량은 약 250 내지 1,000이다); (나) 다중-이소시안산염 경화제; (다) 상기 방향족 수산기 축합 생성물 및 상기 다중-이소시안산염 경화제에 대한 휘발성 유기용매들을 주요 성분으로 하고, 상기 축합 생성물의 방향족 수산기 당량대 상기 다중-이소시안산염의 이소시안산염 당량의 비율을 약 1 : 1 내지 1 : 2로 구성함을 특징으로 하는 증기상의 3급 아민 촉매의 존재하에 실온에서 신속하게 경화될 수 있고 개방된 포트(pot) 중에서 적어도 약 4시간 이상의 포트라이프(pot life)를 갖는 증기 침투 경화성 피막 조성물.
- (가) (a) 직쇄지방족 2염기산, (b) 직쇄지방족 글리콜, (c) 직쇄지방족 글리콜 및 방향족 디카르복실산 또는 방향족 디올 및 직쇄 지방족 디카르복실산의 결합체, 및 (d) 페놀 캐핑제를 지방족 수산기의 부재하에서 축합시킨 방향족 수산기 축합 생성물(단, 전기 (a) 및 (b)의 메틸렌기의 합계는 10 내지 13개이며, (a) 또는 (b)의 약까지는 C6-C8시클로지방족 2염기산 또는 디올로써 대치시킬 수 있으며, 상기 폴리올의 분자량은 약 1000 내지 4000이고, 고체 당량은 약 250 내지 1,000이다); (나) 다중-이소시안산염 경화제; (다) 상기 방향족 수산기 축합 생성물 및 상기 다중-이소시안산염 경화제에 대한 휘발성 유기용매들을 주요 성분으로 하고, 상기 축합 생성물의 방향족 수산기 당량대 상기 다중-이소시안산염의 이소시안산염 당량의 비율로 약 1 : 1 내지 1 : 2로 구성되는 상기 피막 조성물을 전술한 기질에 도포하고 상기 피막 조성물을 도포한 기질을 증기상의 3급 아민촉매에 쏘여서 실온 가까이의 온도에서 상기 피막을 급속히 경화시킴을 특징으로 하는 증기상의 3급 아민 촉매의 존재하에 실온에서 신속하게 경화될 수 있고 개방된 포트(pot) 중에서 적어도 약 4시간 이상의 포트 라이프(pot life)를 갖는 피막 조성물로 된 피막을 상기 기질에 도포하는 방법.
