Claims (19)

  1. 피복조성물을 분무물로서 또는 도포시킨 박막으로서 증기상 삼급 아민 촉매에 노출시키고, 상기 피복저성물이 폴리(니트로 알코올) 화합물과 멀티-이소시아네이트 경화제로됨을 특징으로하는 피복 조성물의 박막을 경화시키는 방법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 피복조성물을 휘발성 유기 용매중에 분산시키는 방법.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 폴리(니트로 알코올)화합물이 모노머, 올리고머 또는 폴리머인 방법.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 피복조성물 중 니트로 알코올기대 이소시아네이트기의 몰비가 약 1:1 내지 1:2인 방법.
  5. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 피복조성물에 소립자상의 충전재를 함유시키는 방법.
  6. 제1항에 있어서, 상기(니트로알코올) 화합물이 2-니트로-2-에틸-1.3-프로판디올, 트리스(히드록시메틸)니트로메탄, 2-니트로-2-메틸-1,3-프로판디올 및 그의 혼합물중에서 선택되는 방법.
  7. 제1항에 있어서, 피복저성물을 그의 도포 박막을 증기상 삼급아민 촉매에 노출시켜서 경화시키는 방법.
  8. 제1항에 있어서, 증기상 삼급아민 촉매와 동시에 생성된 상기 피복조성물의 분무물을 서로 혼합시킨후, 이 혼합물을 기질에 도포시키고, 피복조성물을 경화시키는 방법.
  9. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 경화제가 지방족 멀티-이소시아네이트 경화제, 방향족 멀티-이소시아네이트 경화제 및 그의 혼합물에서 선택되는 방법.
  10. 폴리(니트로알코올)화합물과 멀티-이소시아네이트 경화제로되는, 증기상 삼급 아민 촉매 존재하에 실온에서 신속하게 경화될 수 있는 피복조성물.
  11. 제10항에 있어서, 상기 피복조성물이 추가로 휘발성유기용매로되는 조성물.
  12. 제10항에 있어서, 상기 폴리(니트로알코올)화합물이모노머, 올리고머 또는 폴리머 중에서 선택되는 조성물.
  13. 제10항에 있어서, 상기 피복조성물 중 니트로 알코올기대 이소시아네이트기의 비가 약 1:1 내지 1:2인 피복조성물.
  14. 제10항에 있어서, 상기 피복조성물이 추가로 소립자상의 충전재로되는 조성물.
  15. 제10항에 있어서, 상기 폴리(니트로알코올)화합물이 2-니트로-2-에틸-1,3-프로탄디올, 트리스(히드록시메틸)-니트로메탄, 2-니트로-2-메틸-1,3-프로판디올 및 그의 혼합물 중에서 선택되는 피복조성물.
  16. 제10항에 있어서, 상기 멀티-이소시아네이트 경화제가 지방족 멀티-이소시아네이트 경화제, 방향족 멀티이소시아네이트 경화제 및 그의 혼합물중에서 선택되는 피복조성물.
  17. 피복조성물을 분무물로서 또는 도포시킨 박막으로서 증기상 삼급아민 촉매에 노출시키고, 상기 피복조성물이 폴리올 또는 폴리메르캅토 화합물과 멀티-이소시아네이트 경화제로되는 피복조성물의 박막을 경화시키는 방법에 있어서, 상기 피복조성물에 니트로 알코올 화합물을 추가로 함유시키도록 개선된 방법.
  18. 제17항에 있어서, 상기 니트로 알코올 화합물이 모노니트로알코올 화합물, 폴리(니트로알코올) 화합물 또는 그의 혼합물인 방법.
  19. 제17항에 있어서, 상기 멀티-이소시아네이트 경화제가 방향족 멀티-이소시아네이트, 지방족 멀티이소시아네이트 및 그의 혼합물인 방법.
