Description
본 발명은 균염성이 우수한 일반식(I)의 신규한 아조분산 염료를 사용하여 합성섬유를 염색하는 방법에 관한 것이다.
상기식에서, R1은 수소, C1-C4알콕시 또는 C1-C4알콕시에톡시를 나타내며, R2는 수소, C1-C5알킬,C1-C5알콕시, NH2, NH-C1-C5알킬, 임의로 CH3-, Cl-,OCH3- 또는 OC2Hs- 치환된 페닐, 푸르-2-일, 티엔-2-일 또는 3, 4-피리드-2-일을 나타낸다.
바람직한 염료는 R1이 수소 또는 C1-C2알콕시를 나타내고, R2가 C1-C4알킬, 특히 C1-C2알킬을 나타내는 일반식(I)의 염료이다.
이러한 염료는 적절한 출발물질을 디아조화하고 커플링하여 통상의 방법으로 수득된다.
본 발명의 신규 염료는 균염성이 우수하며, 산, 알칼리 및 레독스계(redox system)에 대한 내성이 높으므로, 함성 섬유 물질, 특히 폴리에스테르 및 셀룰로오즈 트리아세데이트 섬유를 밝은 청색 또는 녹청색으로 염색하는데에 매우 적합하다.
수득된 염색물은 전반적으로 견뢰도가 우수하며, 접촉에 의한 퇴색이 없는 잇점이 있다. 주목할 만한 것은 폴리에스테르/면 혼방직물의 염색물에 대한 습윤 견뢰도가 매우 우수하다는 점이다.
DE-A-1,544,375호(=U.S.-A-3,455,898호)에 기술된 바와같은 유사한 염료와 비교하면, 친화력 및 습윤 견뢰도에서 명백한 잇점이 있다.
DE-A-2,849,471호(=U.S.-A-4,465,628호)에 기술된 바와같은 구조적으로 가장 필적하는 염료와 비교하면, 본 발명에 따른 염료는 담체 존재하에 빌드업성이 더 우수하며, 염료의 친화력이 온도에 영향을 적게 받는다.
특히 주목할 만한 것은 본 발명의 신규 아조 염료는 염색물의 선명도에 있어서, 유사하게 적용된 안트라퀴논 염료(예를들면, 디스퍼스블루 56 및 디스퍼스 블루 73)와 근사하나, 상당히 더 저렴하다는 점이다.
[실시예 1]
3-아미노-5-니트로-2, 1-벤조이소티아졸 149g을 5 내지 8℃에서 교반하면서 약 30분에 걸쳐 농도96%의 황산 350m1와 농도 85%의 오르토인산 125ml의 혼합물에 가하고, 혼합물을 추가로 30분동안 교반한다. 니트로실황산 132m1를 3 내지 5℃에서 적가한 다음, 혼합물을 3℃에서 총 3시간동안 교반한다.
생성된 디아조늄염 용액을 물 2ℓ, 얼음 4kg 및 농도 48%인 황산 168ml의 혼합물중의 3-[비스(2-메톡시에틸)-아미노-아세트아닐리드 288.5g, 설팜산 7.5g 및 유화제 5g의 용액에 약 30분에 걸쳐 가한다. 커플링은 1시간 후에 완결된다.
염료를 흡인기로 여과한 후, 물로 세척한다. 폴리에스테르 섬유를 전반적으로 견뢰도가 우수한 녹청색으로 염색한다. 디메틸포름아마이드중의 건조된 염료의 용액은 λmax가 620nm으로 나타났다.
염색에 대해 안정한 염료로 개질시키기 위해, 습윤 염료 프레스케이크(presscake)를 물 6ℓ에 현탁시키고, 현탁액을 수산화 나트륨용액 약 500ml(100ml당 NaOH 40g)를 사용하여 중화시킨다(pH 7.5-8) 현탁액을 1시간에 걸쳐 60℃의 증기로 직접 가열한 후, 4시간 동안 60 내지 70℃에서 열처리한다.
현탁액이 50℃로 냉각되었을 때, 염료를 흡인기로 재여과하고, 물로 세척한 후 건조한다. 각각 100, 80 및80인 상대강도를 갖는 격자면 간격(lattice plane spacing) d/Å 3.39, 3.49 및 4.18로 특징지워지는 염료315g이 생성된다.
[실시예 2]
커플링 성분을 당량의 하기 구조식의 화합물로 치환하고, 커플링하는 동안 희 NaOH를 사용하여 pH를약 2로 조절하는 것외에는 실시예 1을 반복한다.
마찬가지로, 폴리에스테르 섬유상에 청녹색으로 염색되는 유용한 염료[λmax(DMF) : 654nm]가 생성된다.
