제 2 도는 본 발명에 사용하는 냉각파이프를 장착한 머플의 일구체예를 설명한 개략도.

Claims (3)

  1. 폐쇄된 머플속에 있어서, 기체의 유리원료가스를 연소버어너로부터 분출시켜서 화염속에서 가수분해시키므로서 유리미립자를 생성하고, 이 유리미립자를 회전하는 출발재의 선단부 또는 주위에 퇴적시켜 유리미립자퇴적체를 형성시키는 유리미립자퇴적체의 제조방법에 있어서, 상기 머플표면최저온도를 50℃ 이상으로 하고, 또한, 상기 머플표면평균온도를 50~150℃로 유지하는 것을 특징으로 하는 유리미립자퇴적체의 제조방법.
  2. 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 머플표면에 냉각용파이프를 장착하고, 상기 파이프내에 일정온도로 유지된 액체를 흐르게 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 유리미립자퇴적체의 제조방법.
  3. 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 머플을 2중구조로해서, 2중벽의 사이에 일정온도로 유지한 액체를 흐르게 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 유리미립자퇴적체의 제조방법.
