Claims (25)

  1. 다공성 매트릭스에 섬유아세포 성장인자의 생물학적 작용을 갖는 하나 이상의 폴리펩티드로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 뼈 대체물질.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 염기성 섬유아세포 성장인자로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 뼈 대체물질.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 산성 섬유아세포 성장인자로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 뼈 대체물질.
  4. 제2항 또는 제3항에 있어서, 재조합 방법에 의해 제조된 섬유아세포 성장 인자로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로하는 뼈 대체물질.
  5. 제2항 내지 제4항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 섬유아세포 성장인자의 뮤테인으로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로하는 뼈 대체물질.
  6. 제1항 내지 제5항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 폴리펩티드의 산-안정화된 형태로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로하는 뼈 대체물질.
  7. 제1항에 있어서, 폴리펩티드 1ng/㎤ 내지 1㎎/㎤, 바람직하게는 1 내지 100㎍g/㎤으로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 뼈 대체물질.
  8. 제1항 내지 제7항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 다공성 매트릭스가 미네랄에 의해, 바람직하게는 바이오 활성물질에 의해 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 뼈 대체물질.
  9. 제8항에 있어서, 다공성 미네랄 매트릭스가 본질적으로 칼슘 미네랄로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 뼈 대체 물질.
  10. 제9항에 있어서, 다공성 미네랄 매트릭스가 본질적으로 인산 칼슘으로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 뼈대체물질.
  11. 제9항에 있어서, 다공성 미네랄 매트릭스가 히드록시아파타이트, 인산 3칼슘 및 인산 4칼슘으로 이루어진 그룹으로부터 선택되는 하나이상의 화합물로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 뼈 대체물질.
  12. 제9항 내지 제11항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 칼슘 미네랄을 천연 뼈로부터 얻는 것을 특징으로 하는 뼈대체물질.
  13. 제9항 내지 제12항 중 어느 한 항에 있서, 다공성 미네랄 매트릭스가 소결된 인산칼슘 세라믹인 것을 특징으로 하는 뼈 대체물질.
  14. 제12항에 있어서, 다공성 미네랄 매트릭스가 소결된 해면질 뼈 세라믹으로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는뼈 대체물질.
  15. 제1항 내지 제7항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서 다공성 매트릭스가 생리학적으로 허용가능한 금속물질로 형성되 는 것을 특징으로 하는 뼈 대체물질.
  16. 제1항에 있어서, 다공성 매트릭스가 생리학적으로 허용가능한 폴리머 물질로 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는뼈 대체물질.
  17. 제1항 내지 제16항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 다공성 매트릭스가 임플랜트 성형품으로서 존재하는 것을 특징으로 하는 뼈 대체물질.
  18. 제1항 내지 제16항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서 다공성 매트릭스가 임플랜트 성형품의 표면 또는 표면코팅을 형성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 뼈 대체물질.
  19. 제1항 내지 제16항 중 어느 한 함에 있어서, 다공성 매트릭스가 분말 또는 그래뉼 형태로 존재하는 것을 특징으로 하는 뼈 대체물체.
  20. 제19항에 있어서, 다공성 미네랄 매트릭스가 분말 또는 그래뉼 형태로 존재하고 생리학적으로 허용가능한 폴리머 물질과 결합하여 성형품을 형성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 뼈 대체물질.
  21. 제19항에 있어서, 다공성 미네랄 매트릭스가 분말 또는 그래뉼 형태로 존재하고 골 시멘트 성분을 형성하는것을 특징으로 하는 뼈 대체물질.
  22. 제1항 내지 제21항에 있어서, 돌 이상의 별도의 성분으로 된 즉시 사용 임플랜테이션 세트 형태로 존재하고, 상기 성분중 하나는 다공성 매트릭스로 이루어지고, 다른 성분은 폴리펩티드 용액 또는 현탁액으로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 뼈 대체물질.
  23. 제22항에 있어서, 다공성 매트릭스로 이루어지는 성분이 임플랜트 성형품인 것을 특징으로 하는 뼈 대체물질.
  24. 제23항에 있어서, 임플랜트 성형품이 미네랄 물질, 바람직하기는 세라믹 물질로 구성되는 것을 특징으로하는 뼈 대체물질.
  25. 제24항에 있어서, 임플랜트 성형품이 소결된 뼈 세라믹으로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 뼈 대체물질.
