Abstract

Invenţia se referă la medicină, şi anume la materiale pentru restabilirea oaselor şi poate fi aplicată pentru chirurgia osteoreparatorie în stomatologie, precum şi în traumatologie-ortopedie.Esenţa invenţiei constă în aceea că materialul pentru restabilirea oaselor include următoarele componente, % mas.: 99,0…99,9 material osteogen şi extract uscat din biomasa cianobacteriei Spirulina platensis 0,1…1,0. Materialul osteogen este selectat din grupa aloimplanturilor osului liofilizat demineralizat, aloimplanturilor osului liofilizat, osului xenogen, alogen şi autogen, hidroxilapatit, material de colagen-hidroxilapatit. În calitate de tulpină a cianobacteriei Spirulina platensis poate fi utilizată tulpina CNM-CB-02. În plus, materialul poate conţine factorul de creştere selectat din grupa constituită din factorul de creştere trombocitar (PDGF), factorul de creştere transformator β1 (TGF- β1) şi proteinele izolate din os, precum şi combinaţiile lor.
