Abstract
Invenţia se referă la medicină, şi anume la procedeul de preparare a materialului plastic sclerosuspendator.Esenţa invenţiei constă în aceea că ţesutul osos pregatit se mărunţeşte în particule cu dimensiuni 0,1x0,2x0,5 mm, apoi se demineralizează şi se sterilizează în decurs de 7 zile în soluţie ce conţine 1% de acid clorhidric şi 0,25% de formaldehidă, după care materialul se spală timp de 24 ore cu soluţia Ringer, schimbând-o de 10 ori, se acoperă cu aceeaşi soluţie în corelaţia de 2:1, apoi se congelează la temperatura de -20°C.Rezultatul tehnic al procedeului propus constă în reducerea denaturării ţesutului osos, legarea proteinelor şi micşorarea dezintegrării lor şi optimizarea dimensiunilor particulelor materialului.
