Abstract

The invention relates to the medicine, particularly, to the method for preparation of plastic sclerosuspending material.The summary of invention consists in the fact that prepared bone tissue is crushed in particles having size of 0,1×0,2×0,5 mm, then is demineralized and sterylised for 7 days in solution containing 1% hydrochloric acid and 0,25% formaldehyde, further the material is washed with Ringer solution for 24 hours, while changing latter for 10 times, then is covered with the same solution in 2:1 ratio and it is freezed at -20°C.The technical result of the proposed method consists in reducing denaturation of bone tissue, linecing of proteins and diminuating desintegration thereof and optimization of material particles size.
