Abstract

The invention relates to the medicine, namely to the surgery and may be used in the gastroenterosurgery.The summary of the invention consists in the fact that the osteoplastic biomaterial contains the osteal transplant reduced into fragments and the sterile glycerin as the base. Process for preparation of this biomaterial includes the reducing into fragments the osteal transplant up to the powder at the particles dimension less than 0,02 mm, sterilization with the ultraviolet radiation during one hour, covering with the sterile glycerine in the ratio 1:3 and keeping at minus 20°C during 20 days.The technical result consists in the reducing the proteines denaturation and degradation into the osteal tissues as well as in the facilitation of the biomaterial passing through the needle gap Diufo.
