Abstract
Invenţia se referă la medicină, în special la chirurgie şi poate fi aplicată în gastroenterochirurgie.Esenţa invenţiei constă în aceea că biomaterialul osteoplastic conţine transplant osos mărunţit şi glicerină sterilă în calitate de bază. Procedeul de obţinere a acestui biomaterial include mărunţirea transplantului osos până la starea de praf cu dimensiunea particulelor mai mică de 0,02 mm, sterilizarea cu raze ultraviolete în decurs de o oră, acoperirea cu glicerină sterilă în raport de 1:3 şi menţinerea la temperatura de minus 20°C în decurs de 20 zile.Rezultatul tehnic constă în reducerea denaturării şi dezintegrării proteinelor ţesutului osos, cât şi în facilitarea trecerii biomaterialului prin lumenul acului Diufo.
