Abstract
Inventia se refera la medicina, si anume la materiale pentru restabilirea oaselor si poate fi aplicata pentru chirurgia osteooreparatorie in stomatologie, precum si in traumatologie-ortopedie. Esenta inventiei consta in aceea ca materialul pentru restabilirea oaselor include urmatoarele componente in raportul, % mas.: 99,0...99,9 material osteogen si extract uscat din biomasa cianobacteriei Spirulina platensis 0,1...1,0. Materialul osteogen este selectat din grupa aloimplanturilor osului liofilizat demineralizat, aloimplanturilor osului liofilizat, osului xenogen, alogen si autogen, hidroxilapatit, material de colagen-hidroxilapatit. In calitate de tulpina a cianobacteriei Spirulina platensis poate fi utilizata tulpina CNM-CB-02. In plus, materialul poate contine factorul de crestere selectat din grupa constituita din factorul de crestere trombocitar (PDGF), factorul de crestere transformator ?1 (TGF- ?1) si proteinele izolate din os, precum si combinatiile lor.
