Claims (17)

  1. 가수분해시 또는 열분해시, 또는 가수분해와 열분해를 모두 수행시 관능적 유효 수준의 향미 또는 향기를 제공하는 양으로 존재하는, 하기 일반식(I)의 디카르보알콕시 디옥솔레인 유도체 하나 이상을 포함하는 관능 조성물.
    상기식에서, R1및 R2는 각각 독립적으로 -CO2R3(여기서, R3는 -H 또는 저급 알킬이다)이며. 단, R1및 R2중 하나 또는 둘 다에서, R3는 저급 알킬이고, Z는 직접 결합 또는 -CH=(R4)-(여기서, R4는 -H 또는 알킬그룹이다)이며, Y는또는[여기서, R5및 R6는 각각 독립적으로 -H, 저급 알킬 또는 -OR7(여기서, R7은 -H 또는 저급 알킬이다)이다]이다.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 디카르보알콕시 화합물이 2-(3-에톡시-4-하이드록시-페닐)-4,5-디카르보에톡시-1,3-디옥솔레인, 2-(3-메톡시-4-하이드록시-페닐)-4,5-디카르보에톡시-1,3-디옥솔레인, 2-(4-메톡시페닐)-4,5-디카르보에톡시-1,3-디옥솔레인, 2-(4-메틸페닐)-4,5-디카르보에톡시-1,3-디옥솔레인, 2-(3,4-메틸렌디옥시페닐)-4,5-디카르보에톡시-1,3-디옥솔레인, 2-(2-페닐-1-에테닐)-4,5-디카르보에톡시-1,3-디옥솔레인, 2-(3-메톡시 4-하이드록시-페닐)-4,5-디카르보메톡시-1,3-디옥솔레인, 2-(1-2-헥실-페닐-1-에테닐)-4,5-디카르보메톡시-1,3-디옥솔레인 또는 2-(1-헥실-2-페닐-1-에테닐)-4,5-디카르보에톡시-1,3-디옥솔레인인 조성물.
  3. 제2항에 있어서, 디카르보알콕시 화합물이 (4R,5R)-2-(3-에톡시-4-하이드록시-페닐)-4,5-디카르보에톡시-1,3-디옥솔레인, (4R,5R) -2-(3-메톡시-4-하이드록시-페닐)-4,5-디카르보에톡시-1,3-디옥솔레인, (4R,5R)-2-(4-메톡시페닐) -4,5-디카르보에톡시-1,3-디옥솔레인, (4R,5R)-2-(4-메틸페닐)-4,5-디카르보에톡시-1,3-디옥솔레인, (4R,5R)-2-(3,4-메틸렌디옥시페닐)-4,5-디카르보에톡시-1,3-디옥솔레인, (4R 5R)-2-(2-페닐-1-에테닐)-4,5-디카르보에톡시-1,3-디옥솔레인, (4R,5R)-2-(3-메톡시-4-하이드록시-페닐)-4,5-디카르보메톡시-1,3-디옥솔레인, (E)-(4R,5R)-2-(1-헥실-2-페닐-1-에테닐) -4,5-디카르보메톡시-1,3-디옥솔레인 또는 (E) -(4R,5R) -2-(1-헥실-2-페닐-1-에테닐) -4,5-디카르보메톡시-1,3-디옥솔레인.
  4. 천연 담배 또는 담배 대용품 및 제1항 내지 제3항중 어느 한 항의 관능 조성물을 포함하는 끽연용 조성물.
  5. 제4항에 있어서, 관능 조성물의 농도가 약 5ppm내지 약 50,000ppm인 끽연용 조성물.
  6. 제1항 내지 제3항중 어느 한 항의 관능 조성물 약 5ppm 내지 약 50,000ppm을 함유하는, 천연 담배 또는 담배 대용품을 둘러싸기에 적합한 재료.
  7. 제6항에 있어서, 관능 조성물이 약 5ppm내지 약 50,000ppm의 양으로 존재하는 재료.
  8. 제l항 내지 제3항중 어느 한 항의 관능 조성물을 함유 하는 식료품을 포함하는 가향 식품.
  9. 제8항에 있어서, 베이킹된 가향 식품.
  10. 제9항에 있어서, 식료품이 케이크, 쿠키, 크랙커, 빵 또는 곡물인 가향 식품.
  11. 껌 베이스 및 제1항 내지 제3항중 어느 한 항의 관능 조성물을 포함하는 가향 껌.
  12. 섭취 가능한 액체 및 제1항 내지 제3항중 어느 한 항의 관능 조성물을 포함하는 가향 음료.
  13. 향미 또는 향기 선구 물질로서의 제1항 내지 제3항중 어느 한 항의 일반식(I)의 디카르보알콕시 디옥솔레인 유도체의 용도.
  14. 일반식(I)의 디카르보알콕시 디옥솔레인 유도체.
    상기식에서, R2및 R2는 각각 독립적으로 -CO2R3(여기서, R3는 -H 또는 저급 알킬이다)이고, 단, R2및 R2중의 하나 또는 둘 다에서, R3는 저급 알킬이며, Z는 직접 결합 또는 -CH=C(R4)-(여기서, R4는 알킬 그룹이다)이고, Y는 Z가 직접 결합일 때는,또는(여기서, R5는 저급알킬이다)이고, Z가 -CH=C(R4)-일 때는,[여기서, R6은 H, 저급 알킬 또는 OR7(여기서, R7은 H 또는 저급 알킬이다)이다]이다.
  15. 2-(3-에톡시-4-하이드록시-페닐)-4,5-디카르보에톡시-1,3-디옥솔레인, 2-(3-메톡시-4-하이드록시-페닐)-4,5-디카르보에톡시-1,3-디옥솔레인, 2-(3,4-메틸렌디옥시페닐)-4,5-디카르보에톡시-1,3-디옥솔레인, 2-(3-메톡시-4-하이드록시-페닐)-4,5-디카르보메톡시-1,3-디옥솔레인, 2-(1-헥실-2-페닐-1-에테닐)-4,5-디카르보메톡시-1,3-디옥솔레인 및 2-(1-헥실-2-페닐-1-에테닐)-4,5-디카르보에톡시-1,3-디옥솔레인으로 이루어지는 그룹중에서 선택된 화합물.
  16. (4R,5R)-2-(3-에톡시-4-하이드록시-페닐) -4,5-디카르보에톡시-1,3-디옥솔레인, (4R,5R)-2-(3-메톡시-4-하이드록시-페닐)-4,5-디카르보에톡시-1,3-디옥솔레인, (4R,5R)-2-(3,4-메틸렌디옥시페닐)-4,5-디카르보에톡시-1,3-디옥솔레인, (4R,5R)-2-(3-메톡시-4-하이드록시-페닐)-4,5-디카르보메톡시-1,3-디옥솔레인, (E)-(4R,5R)-2-(1-헥실-2-페닐-l-에테닐)-4,5-디카르보메톡시-1,3-디옥솔레 및 (E)-(4R,5R)-2-(1-헥실-2-페닐-1-에테닐)-4,5-디카르보메톡시-1,3-디옥솔레인으로 이루어지는 그룹중에서 선택된 화합물.
  17. 일반식(II)의 알데히드 YZ-CHO 또는 이의 디-저급 알킬 아세탈과 일반식(III)의 저급 알킬 타타레이트 HO-CHRl-CHR2-OH를 바람직하게는 산 촉매 존재하에 불활성 용매 중에서 축합시킴을 포함하여, 일반식(I)의 화합물을 제조하는 방법.
    상기식에서, R1및 R2는 각각 독립적으로 -CO2R3(여기서, R3는 -H 또는 저급 알킬이다)이고, 단, R1및 R2중의 하나 또는 둘 다에서, R3는 저급 알킬이며, Z는 직접 결합 또는 -CH=C(R4)-(여기서, R4는 알킬 그룹이다)이고, Y는 Z가 직접 결합일 때는,또는(여기서, R5는 저급 알킬이다)이고, Z가 -CH=C(R4)-일 때는,[여기서, R6은 H, 저급 알킬 또는 OR7H 또는 저급 알킬이다)이다]이다.
