Claims (18)
- 슬릿형성장치는, 띠형상체에 당접해서 세로 슬릿을 형성하는 세로슬릿형성 수단과, 이 세로슬릿형성수단에 당접된 띠형상체를 받치는 받침부와 상기 세로 슬릿형성수단이 띠형상체를 관통했을 때 상기 세로슬릿형성수단을 받아들이는 오목부를 가진 받침수단과, 띠형상체의 적어도 측단부 근처영역을 받침부에 압압하여 띠형상체의 가로방향에의 이동을 규제하는 가로이동 규제수단을 구비하는 슬릿형성장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 받침부재는, 상기 받침부와 상기 오목부를 구비한 제1의 회전부재를 가지고, 상기 세로슬릿형성수단은, 제2의 회전부재와, 이 제2의 회전부재의 주위에 배설되고, 띠형상체에 세로슬릿을 형성하는 다수의 세로슬릿형성날을 가지고, 상기 가로이동규제수단은, 띠형상체의 적어도 상기 영역을 상기 받침부와 협동해서 협지반송하는 협지반송수단을 가진 것을 특징으로 하는 슬릿형성장치.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 협지반송수단은, 상기 제2의 회전부재의 주위이고 또한 상기 세로슬릿 형성날의 바깥쪽에 형성된 제1의 반송부를 가지고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 슬릿형성장치.
- 제3항에 있어서, 상기 협지반송수단은, 상기 제2의 회전부재의 주위이고 또한 상기 세로슬릿 형성날의 상호간의 형성된 제2의 반송부를 가지고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 슬릿형성장치.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 협지반송수단은, 띠형상체의 상기 영역을 상기 받침부와 협동해서 협지반송하는 회전반송부재를 가지고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 슬릿형성장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 오목부는, 세로방향의 연속된 흠을 가진 것을 특징으로 하는 슬릿형성장치.
- 슬릿형성장치는, 띠형상에 당접해서 가로슬릿을 형성하는 가로슬릿형성 수단과, 이 가로슬릿형성수단에 당접된 띠형상체의 측단부 근처영역을 제외한 부분을 받치는 받침부와 상기 가로슬릿형성수단이 띠형상체를 관통했을 때 상기 가로슬릿형성수단을 받아들이는 오목부를 가진 받침수단과, 상기 영역을 가로 슬릿형성수단으로 이간하는 방향으로 잡아당기므로서 띠형상체를 받침부에 압압하여 디형상체의 세로방향으로의 이동을 규제하는 세로이동규제수단을 구비한 것을 특징으로 하는 형성장치.
- 제7항에 있어서, 상기 받침부재는, 상기 받침부와 상기 오목부를 구비한 제1의 회전부재를 가지고, 상기 가로슬릿형성수단은, 제2의 회전부재와, 이 제2의 회전부재의 주위에 형성되고, 띠형상체에 가로슬릿을 형성하는, 다수의 가로슬릿형성날을 가지고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 슬릿형성장치.
- 제8항에 있어서, 상기 세로이동규제수단은, 띠형상체가 상기 제1의 회전부재의 둘레면 일부를 따르도록 띠형상체의 상기 영역에 세로방향의 장력을 부여하는 장역부여수단을 가지고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 슬릿형성장치.
- 제9항에 있어서, 상기 장력부여수단은, 띠형상체의 상기 영역을 반송하는 반송수단을 가지고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 슬릿형성장치.
- 제8항에 있어서, 상기 세로 이동규제수단은, 띠형상체의 상기 영역을 제2의 회전부재로부터 이간하는 방향이고 또한 제1의 회전부재의 회전방향으로 비스듬하게 반송하는 경사반송수단을 가지고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 슬릿형성장치.
- 제7항에 있어서, 상기 오목부는, 가로방향의 연속된 흠을 가지고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 슬릿형성장치.
- 슬릿형성장치는, 띠형상체에 당접해서 가로슬릿을 형성하는 가로슬릿형성수단과, 이 가로슬릿형성수단에 당접된 띠형상체를 받치는 받침부와 상기 가로슬릿형성수단이 띠형상체를 관통했을 때 상기 가로 슬릿 형성수단을 받아들이는 오목부를 가진 받침수단과, 상기 가로슬릿형성수단과 상기 받침수단을 슬릿을 형성하는 제1의 위치와 슬릿을 형성하지 않는 제2의 위치로 변위시키는 변위수단과, 상기 가로슬롯형성수단과 상기 받침수단이 제1의 위치에 위치했을 때, 가로 슬릿형성수단이 오목부에 받아들여지도록 상기 가로슬릿형성수단과 받침 수단중 적어도 한쪽을 안내하는 안내수단을 구비한 것을 특징으로 하는 슬릿형성장치.
- 제13항에 있어서, 상기 받침부재는, 상기 받침부와 상기 오목부를 구비한 제1의 회전부재를 가지고 상기 가로슬릿형성수단은, 제2의 회전부재와, 상기 제2의 회전부재의 주위에 형성되고, 띠형상체에 가로슬릿을 형성하는 다수의 가로슬릿 형성날을 가진 것을 특징으로 하는 슬릿형성장치.
- 제14항에 있어서, 상기 안내수단은, 상기 제1의 회전부재와 동기해서 회전함을 동시에 상기 가로슬릿형성날을 안내하는 날안내기어를 가지고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 슬릿형성장치.
- 제14항에 있어서, 상기 안내수단은, 상기 제1의 회전부재와 동기해서 회전하는 제1의 안내기어와 상기 제2의 기어와 동기해서 회전하여 상기 제1의 안내기어와 맞물림 가능한 제2의 안내기어를 가진 것을 특징으로 하는 슬릿형성장치.
- 제1의 슬릿형성날을 띠형상체를 개재해서 받침부재에 압압하므로서 받침부재에 제1의 슬릿형성날에 대응한 오목부를 형성하면서 띠형상체에 슬릿을 형성하는 슬릿형성방법.
- 제17항에 있어서, 상기 제1의 슬릿형성날에 의한 오목부의 형성후, 제1의 슬릿형성날보다 정밀도가 낮은 제2의 슬릿형성날을 띠형상체를 개재해서 상기 받침부재의 오목부에 안내하므로서 띠형상체에 슬릿을 형성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 슬릿형성방법.※ 참고사항: 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
