Claims (19)

  1. 전분형 구조를 갖고 물에 불용해하며 또는 물속에서 최대 평윤하는 고분자 물질 제1층과 또는 제1층에 접착하는 소수성 물질 제2층으로 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 적층필름.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 분해 전분과 합성 열가소성 고분자를 포함하는 조성물로 구성되고 합성 열가소성 고분자는 에틸렌형 불포화 단량체의 공중합체로서 히도륵시, 알콕시, 카르복시, 카르복시알킬, 알킬 카르복시와 아세탈중 선택된 하나이상의 극성기를 반복단위를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 적층필름.
  3. 제2항에 있어서, 고분자를 폴리비닐알코올과 또한 에틸렌, 프로필렌, 이소부텐과 스티렌중 선택한 올레핀과 아크릴산, 비닐알코올 또는 바닐아세테이트의 공중합체중에서 선택하는 것을 특징으로 하는 적층필름.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 전분형 구조의 고분자 물질이 분해전분과 또한 에틸렌-비닐 알코올, 알킬, 카르보닐기나 옥소기로 히드록실기를 대체하여 변형된 에틸렌-비닐알코올, 에틸렌-아크릴산, 에틸렌-비닐아세테이트, 에틸렌-비닐 알코올-비닐아세테이트의 삼중합체와 그 혼합물중에서 선택한 에틸렌 공중합체를 포함하는 조성물을 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 적층필름.
  5. 제4항에 있어서, 에틸렌 공중합체는 15내지 30몰% 특히 30내지 45몰%의 에틸렌 함량을 가진 에틸렌-비닐알코올인 것을 특징으로 하는 적층필름.
  6. 제2항에 있어서, 에틸렌공중합체가 12내지 80% 몰함량의 비닐아세테이트를 함유한 에틸렌-비닐아세테이트인 것을 특징으로 하는 적층필름.
  7. 제1항에 있어서, 제1층은 1:4 내지 4:1 중량비의 전분과 에틸렌 공중합체로 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 적층필름.
  8. 제7항에 있어서, 제1층 구성하는 고분자물질이 고용융가소체를 포함하고 수분함량은 6중량%를 넘지않는(컨디셔닝전에)것을 특징으로 하는 적층필름.
  9. 제1항에 있어서, 제2층은 고분자 또는 다음 구조식(Ⅰ)의 파락실렌 단량체의 공중합체로 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 적층필름:

    여기서; -X는 C1-C6알킬기, C6-C10아릴기, C7-C16아릴알킬기, 할로알킬 또는 할로아릴알킬기, 아세톡시기, 아미노알킬기, 아릴아미노기, 시라노기, 알콕시기, 히드록시기, 니트로기, 할로겐원자, 술폰라디탈, 술폰에스테르 라디칼, 인산-기초 치환기, 황화물기, 알킬술폭시드기 또는 수소원자이며 n은 0또는 1내지 4의 정수이다.
  10. 제9항에 있어서, 파락실렌 다량체는 클로로파락실렌 디클로로파락실렌, 시아노파락실렌, 요오드 파락실렌, 플루오르파락실렌, 히드록시메틸파락실렌, 에틸파락실렌, 에틸파락실렌, 아미노메틸파락실렌, 카르보메톡시파락실렌과 그혼합물 중에서 선택하는 것을 특징으로 하는 적층필름.
  11. 제1항에 있어서, 제2층의 소수성물질은 유리산기를 함유한 고분자인 것을 특징으로 하는 적층필름.
  12. 제9항에 있어서, 유기산기 함유 고분자를 에틸렌-아크릴산 또는 에틸렌-아크릴산-알킬 아크릴레이트 공중합체인 것을 특징으로 하는 적층필름.
  13. 제1항에 있어서, 소수성 물질 제2층은 폴리히드록시 알카노에이트 고분자, 락트산 동중합체, 글리콜산이나 Σ-카르로락톤, 폴리에틸렌-비닐알코올, 또는 폴리에틸렌-비닐아세테이트와 공중합된 락트산 공중합체인 것을 특징으로 하는 적층필름.
  14. 제1항에 있어서, 제2층은 폴리비닐피롤리돈(PVP) 이나 PVP 에스테르와 부틸아크릴레이트, 부틸아크릴레이트/메틸메타크릴레이트, 디에틸아미노메틸, 메타크릴레이트, 비닐아세테이트, 아크릴산이나 아클리산 중합체, 아크릴산 에스테르나 아크릴산 중합체의 에스테르의 공중합체로 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 적층필름.
  15. 제1항의 적층필름으로 만든 번기통.
  16. 제1항의 적층필름이 포함된 식품 포장물.
  17. 진공하의 증기상태에서 파락실렌 단량체나 그유도체의 반응성 증기를 침전하고 전분형 물질로된 필름구성 기질 위에 증기가 응결하여 수소성 물질층이 전분형 구조의 기질에 접착되는 것을 특징으로 하는 적층필름 제조방법.
  18. 제17항에 있어서, 유기산기가 함유된 고분자를 염기인 수산화암모늄으로 염화하여 고분자 수용액을 만들고 전분-기초층 표면에 용액을 침전시켜 박층을 형성하고 또한 용매증발 및 고분자로부터 염기성기를 제거하기에 충분한 온도와 시간동안 외부가열하여 물에녹지 않도록 하는 단계로 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 적층필름 제조방법.
  19. 제18항에 있어서, 계면활성제, 유화왁스, 실리카, 폴리옥시에틸렌, 포리아크릴산, 폴리비닐피롤리돈, 폴리비닐알코올, 또는 그 혼합물중 선택된 첨가제를 고분자 수용액에 첨가하는 것을 특징으로 하는 적층필름 제조방법.
