Claims (19)

  1. (1) 주성분으로 프로필렌과 탄소수가 최소한 4개인 알파-올레핀과의 랜덤 공중합체(여기에는 전체 반복 단량체를 기준으로 하여 프로필렌 단량체가 50~87몰% 함유되어 있음) 및 (2) 23℃에서 조성물의 부피 고유저항이 100~106ohms-cm로 되기에 충분한 양의 미세카본 블랙입자로 이루어짐을 특징으로 하는 반도체 조성물.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 주성분으로서 에틸렌과 탄소수 4~5인 비닐 에스테르와의 랜덤 공중합체(여기서 비닐에스테르 단량체의 함량은 전체 반복 단량체를 기준으로 하여 최소한 약 5.4몰%임) 및 주성분으로서 에틸렌과 탄소수 4~8인 불포화 카복실산 에스테르와의 랜덤 공중합체(여기서 불포화 카복실산 에스테르 단량체의 함량은 전체 반복 단량체를 기준으로 하여 초소한 3몰%임)로 이루어진 그룹에서 선택된 최소한 하나의 랜덤 공중합체(3)로 추가로 이루어진 조성물.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 랜덤 공중합체(1) 내 알파-올레핀의 탄소수가 4~8인 조성물.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 랜덤 공중합체(1)가 구조 단량체로서 주로 프로필렌과 탄소수가 최소한 4개인 알파-올레핀으로 이루어진 조성물.
  5. 제1항에 있어서, 미세 카본블랙 입자의 비표면적이 약 40~약 1,200m2/g인 조성물.
  6. 제2항에 있어서, 랜덤 공중합체(3)가 구조 단량체로서 주로 에틸렌과 비닐 아세테이트 또는 비닐 프로피오네이트 또는 양자 모두로 이루어진 조성물.
  7. 제2항에 있어서, 랜덤 공중합체(3)가 주로 에틸렌과 탄소수가 4~8인 아크릴산 에스테르 또는 탄소수가 5~8인 메타크릴산 에스테르 또는 양자 모두로 이루어진 조성물.
  8. 제1항에 있어서, 카본 블랙의 비율이 랜덤 공중합체(1) 100무게부당 10~100무게부인 조성물.
  9. 제2항에 있어서, 랜덤 공중합체(3)의 비율이 랜덤 공중합체(1) 100무게부당 400무게부 이하인 조성물.
  10. 제2항에 있어서, 카복 블랙의 비율이 랜덤 공중합체(1)과 결합된 랜덤 공중합체(3) 100무게부당 10~100무게부인 조성물.
  11. 제1항에 있어서, 가교 결합제로 추가로 이루어진 조성물.
  12. 제11항에 있어서, 가교 결합제가 유기 과산화물인 조성물.
  13. 제11항에 있어서, 가교 결합제의 비율이 랜덤 공중합체(1) 100무게부당 5무게부 이하인 조성물.
  14. 제1항에 있어서, 가교 결합 조제로 추가로 이루어진 조성물.
  15. 제14항에 있어서, 가교 결합 조제가 분자내에 에틸렌계 비닐 그룹이 최소한 둘 함유되어 있는 다가화합물인 조성물.
  16. 제14항에 있어서, 가교 결합 조제의 비율이 랜덤 공중합체(1) 100무게부당 5무게부 이하인 조성물.
  17. 제1항에 있어서, 산화 방지제로 추가로 이루어진 조성물.
  18. 제17항에 있어서, 산화 방지제가 입체적으로 장애를 받는 페놀계 화합물인 조성물.
  19. 제17항에 있어서, 산화 방지제의 비율이 랜덤 공중합체(1) 100무게부당 3무게% 이하인 조성물.
