Claims (14)

  1. (a)2-5탄소원자를 가지는 α-올레핀 적어도 70중량%와 α,β-불포화 카르복실산 최대한 30중량%의 공중합체. (b)에틸렌과 α,β-불포화 카르복실산과 세번째 에틸렌성 불포화 단량체의 공중합체(중합체 내에서 그들 각각의 중량비는 40-95%, 0.5-20% 및 10-40%이다), (c)(a) 또는 (b)항의 공중합체를 아연 또는 마그네슘이온으로 완전 또는 부분 중화하여 얻어진 아이오노머 및, (d) E/X/Y공중합체(여기에서 단량체 E,X 및 Y는 다음과 같다; E는 에틸렌이며 40-90중량%의 에틸렌 공중합체로 구성되고; X는 식로 나타내지는 카르복실산 에스테르이며(여기에서 R1은 2-8탄소원자의 알킬기이고, R2는 H,CH3또는 C2H5이다) X는 E/X/Y공중합체의 10-40중량%를 구성하며; Y는 글리시딜 메타크릴 레이트와 글리시딜 아크릴레이트로 구성되는 군으로부터 선택되며 Y는 E/X/Y 공중합체의 0.5-20중량%를 구성한다)로부터 선택되는 5-55중량%의 강화 중합체와 45-95중량%의 폴리에틸렌 테레프탈레이트와 전체 중합체 중량에 기준하여 0-10%의 미세하게 분쇄된 비-성핵 충전제의 혼합물로부터, 폴리에틸렌 테레프탈레이트의 결정화를 최소화하는 조건하에, 바람직하게 성핵제 부재시에, 그리고 바람직하게 용융제조장치의 표면을 100℃, 특히 50℃이하에서 중합체 혼합물과 접촉되게 유지하면서 용융-제조를 수행하는 점이 개선되고, 그것에 의해 지방족 및 방향족 탄화수소, 케톤, 알콜, 에테르 및 에스테르로 구성되는 군으로부터 선택되는 기체 및 유기액체에 낮은 투과성을 가지는 강한 물음을 얻는 물품의 용융-제조방법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 강화 중합체가 에틸렌과 불포화 카르복실산의 공중합체인 방법.
  3. 제2항에 있어서 불포화 카르복실산이 메타크릴산인 방법.
  4. 제3항에 있어서, 공중합체내 메티크릴산의 양이 3-20중량%인 방법.
  5. 제3항에 있어서, 에틸렌과 메타크릴산의 공중합체의 양이 폴리에틸렌 테레프탈레이트와의 혼합물의 20-40중량%인 방법.
  6. 제5항에 있어서, 에틸렌과 메타크릴산의 공중합체가 마그네슘 또는 아연이온으로 중화되는 방법.
  7. 제1항에 있어서, 강화 중합체가 에틸렌과 α,β-불포화 카르복실산 및 아크릴산 에스테르 또는 비닐에스테르와의 공중합체인 방법.
  8. 제7항에 있어서, 에스테르가 이소부틸 아크릴레이트이고, 산이 메타크릴 또는 아크릴산인 방법.
  9. 제1항에 있어서, 강화 중합체가 E/X/Y공중합체(여기에서 R2는 수소 또는 메틸이고, X는 15-35, 바람직하게는 20-35중량%의 E/X/Y공중합체를 구성하며, Y는 2-10, 바람직하게는 3-8중량%의 E/X/Y공중합체를 구성한다)인 방법.
  10. 제9항에 있어서, R1이 4-6탄소원자의 알킬기인 방법.
  11. 제10항에 있어서, 강화 중합체가 E/X/Y삼중합체이며, X는 n-부틸 아크릴레이트이고, Y는 글리시딜 메타크릴레이트이며, 바람직하게는 n-부틸 아크릴레이트와 글리시딜 메타크릴레이트의 각각의 중량비율이 10-40% 및 0.5-20%인 방법.
  12. 제1항에 있어서, 강화 중합체의 일부분이 용융-제조조건하에서 다른 2중합체에 대해 화학적으로 불활성인 또다른 중합체로 대치되며, 그 최대한의 양은 제1항에 인용된 유형의 강화 중합체의 양과 같으며, 다른 중합체는 바람직하게는 폴리올레핀, 폴리스티렌, 에틸렌/비닐아세테이트 공중합체, 에틸렌/알킬아크릴레이트 공중합체 및 그 혼합물로부터 선택되는 방법.
  13. 제1항에 있어서, 용융-제조되는 물품이 100℃온도이하 바람직하게는 50℃이하로 급속히 냉각되는 방법.
  14. 제1항 내지 제13항의 어느 하나의 방법으로 제조되는 물품.
