Claims (12)
- 프로필렌을 주성분으로 하는 폴리프로필렌계수지 (A) 100 중량부의 아크릴산, 아크릴산에틸, 무수말레인산, 초산비닐의 군에서 선택된 적어도 일종의 것과 에틸렌으로 구성되는 공중합체 (B) 5 내지 40 중량부와, 융점이 117 내지 123℃, 밀도가 0.890 내지 0.910g/㎤인 에틸렌과 탄소수가 4 내지 8의-오레핀의 공중합체 (C) 10 내지 80중량부로 구성되고, 겔분율이 20 내지 60%, 발포 배율이 5 내지 40배인 것을 특징으로 하는 연속 시트상 전자선 가교 발포체.
- 제1항에 있어서, 150℃하에서의 강인성이 500kg/㎤%이상, 120℃가열 치수 변화율이 5%이하인 것을 특징으로하는 연속 시트상 전자선 가교 발포체.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상온하 25% 압축 강도가 0.1 내지 1.0kg/㎤, 상온하 5% 신장시의 응력이 10 내지 100kg/㎤인 것을 특징으로 하는 연속 시트상 전자선 가교 발포체.
- 제3항에 있어서, 상기 폴리프로필렌계수지(A) 100 중량부와, 상기 공중합체 (B) 5 내지 25 중량부와, 상기 공중합체(C) 20 내지 50 중량부로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 연속 시트상 전자선 가교 발포체.
- 제4항에 있어서, 상기 공중합체 (C)는 α-오레핀의 탄소수가 4 내지 6이고, 융점이 117 내지 123℃로서, 밀도가 0.895 내지 0.905g/㎤인 것을 특징으로 하는 연속 시트상 전자선 가교 발포제.
- 제6항에 있어서, 상기 공중합체(B)는 공중합 성분을 5 내지 30중량% 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 연속시트상 전자선 가교 발포체.
- 제6항에 있어서, 상기 공중합체(B)는 공중합 성분을 8 내지 25중량% 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 연속 시트상 전자선 가교 발포체.
- 제7항에 있어서, 상기 공중합체(B)는 에틸아크릴레이트가 8 내지 18% 공중화된 에틸렌에틸아크릴레이트, 에틸아크릴레이트와 무수말레인산이 합계로서 8 내지 18% 공중합된 에틸렌 에틸 아크릴레이트 및 에틸렌 에틸 아크릴레이트 무수 말레인산 3원 공중합체의 군에서 선택된 적어도 일종인 것을 특징으로 하는 연속 시트상 전자선 가교 발포체.
- 제8항에 있어서, 상기 폴리프로필렌계수지(A)는 프로필렌 단독 중합체 또는프로필렌과 에틸렌 및 브텐의 군에서 선택된 적어도 일종의 공중합체이고, 랜덤, 블럭 또는 랜덤 블럭 공중합시킨 것을 특징으로 하는 연속 시트상 전자선 가교 발포체.
- 제9항에 있어서, 상기 폴리프로필렌수지(A)는 공중합량이 2 내지 35중량%인 것을 특징으로 하는 연속 시트상 전자선 가교 발포체.
- 제10항에 있어서, 상기 폴리프로필렌계수지(A)는 공중합량이 3 내지 30중량%인 것을 특징으로 하는 연속 시트상 전자선 가교 발포체.
- 제11항에 있어서, 상기 폴리프로필렌계수지(A)는 에틸렌이 4 내지 15중량% 랜덤 공중합시킨 것을 특징으로 하는 연속 시트상 전자선 가교 발포체.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
