1328103 Polymer compositions IMPERIAL CHEMICAL INDUSTRIES Ltd and BRITISH INSULATED CALLENDERS CABLES Ltd 3 Sept 1970 [11 Sept 1969] 10738/73 Divided out of 1328102 Heading C3P Admixtures comprise (1) carbon black and (2) a crystalline polymeric composition comprising at least one sequence of homopolymerized propylene or of propylene copolymerized with up to 10 weight per cent of at least one other olefin, and at least one further sequence of propylene copolymerized with ethylene, the composition containing 10 to 30 weight per cent of ethylene and having a melt flow index of 0À01 to 0À5. The carbon black may be conductive and the compositions used to provide conductive coatings and dielectric screens on conductors and cables.
