제1도는 본 발명의 제1실시예를 표시하는 해수냉각장치의 회로도, 제2도는 본 발명의 제2실시예를 표시하는 해수냉각장치의 회로도, 제3도는 본 발명의 개폐밸브장치를 표시하는 확대도.
Claims (5)
- 해수펌프(4)의 출구측에 아프터쿨러(3), 오일쿨러(2) 및 기관(1)을 설치하고, 그것에 계속되는 냉각용해수의 출구통로(7a),(7b)에 서어머스태트(5)를 설치하며, 서어머스태트(5)와 해수펌프(4)의 입구통로(6)를 바이패스통로(8)에서 접속한 해수냉각장치에 있어서, 상기한 서어머스태트(5)의 상류축과 하류축을 접속하는 제2바이패스 통로(10)를 설치하고, 이 제2바이패스통로(10)에 개폐밸브장치(90)를 삽입설치한 것을 특징으로 하는 박용 과급기가 부착된 디이젤기관의 해수냉각장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기한 해수펌프(4)와 서어머스태트(5)사이의 냉각용해수의 출구통로(7a),(7b)에 연료쿨러(12)를 설치하고, 이 연료쿨러(12)와 상기한 기관(1)및 기관에 부속하는 연료탱크(13)를, 각각 연료통로에서 접속한 것을 특징으로 하는 박용 과급기가 부착된 디이젤기관의 해수냉각장치.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기한 제1바이패스 통로(10)에 삽입설치된 개폐밸브장치(91)는 복수의 소공(91f)을 보유하는 플랜저(91e) 및 스프링(91g)을 내장하는 실린더(91a)로 이루어지고, 해수펌프(4)의 토출압력이 이 스프링(91g)의 세트압 이상으로 되면 플랜저(91e)가 완전개방하도록 한 것을 특징으로 하는 박용 과급기가 부착된 디이젤기관의 해수냉각장치.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기한 제2바이패스 통로(10)에 삽입설치된 개폐밸브장치(92)는 버트풀라이식 개폐밸브(92b)를 내장하는 실린더(92a)와, 과급기의 토출압흡입구(92e)를 보유하고 또한 피스톤로드(92g)및 스프링을 내장하는 실린더와, 개폐밸브와 피스톤로드(92g)를 연결하는 링크(93j)로 이루어지고, 과급기의 토출압력(Ht)이 스프링(92h)의 세트압이 이상으로 되면 개폐밸브(92b)가 완전개방하도록 한 것을 특징으로 하는 박용 과급기가 부착된 디이젤기관의 해수냉각장치.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기한 제2바이패스 통로(10)에 삽입설치된 개폐밸브장치(93)는 버터플라이식 개폐밸브(93b)를 내장하는 실린더와, 일단을 개폐밸브이 축(93c)과 희동자재하게 연결하고 타단에는 솔레노이드(93d)를 보유하는 로드(93e)와, 과급기의 토출압력(Ht) 및 기관의 회전속도(N)를 검지하여 상기한 솔레노이드(93d)의 작동을 제어하는 콘트롤러(93j)로 되고, 과급기의 토출압력(Hti)과 기관의 회전속도(Ni)가 각각 설정치로 되면 개폐밸브(93b)를 완전개방 하도록 한 것을 특징으로 하는 박용 과급기가 달린 디이젤기관의 해수냉각장치.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
