제 1도는 본 발명에 따른 컨베어시스템의 3개의 직렬 배치된 컨베어모듈(1,1a,1b)이 도시되어 있다. 상기 컨베어는 모듈(1)로 부터 모듈(1a)방향으로 진행한다, 제2도는 본 발명에 따른 컨베어시스템의 평면도이다,제 3도는 회전축(7b)을 중심으로 컨베어모둘(1b)을 회전 시켰을때의 상태를 나타낸다.

Claims (11)

  1. 2개이상이 직렬로 있으면서, 베이스(2)위에 장치된 컨베어모듈(1,1a,1b)로 컨베어벨트에 의하여 개개의 물건 또는 연속적인 물질을 운반하고 분배하는 모듈라 컨베어벨트 장치에 있어서,컨베어모듈(1)은, 플로어벨트(4)와 2개의 사이드 벨트(5,6)가 장치된 프레임(3)을 가지며, 모든 컨베어모듈의 프레임(3)은 컨베어 모듈(1)에서 물건을 분배하기위해 베이스(2)및 다른 컨베어모듈(1a,1b)에 대하여 움직일수 있는 모듈라 컨베어장치.
  2. 제 1항에 있어서, 프레임(3)이 베이스(2)에 대하여 회전축(7)을 중심으로 회전할수 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 모듈라 컨베어장치.
  3. 제 1항 또는 2항에 있어서, 컨베어모듈(1,1a,1b)사이에 매개체(8)가 설치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 모듈라컨베어장치.
  4. 제 3항에 있어서, 매개체(8)가 컨베어모듈(1)에 할당된 반원형상의 부재(X,Z)와, 상기 부재를 결합하기에 적합한 부재(Y)로 구성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 모듈라 컨베어장치.
  5. 제 4항에 있어서, 물건을 계속적으로 운반하기 위해 매개체(8)가 벨트(27)와/또는 롤러(28)를 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 모듈라 컨베어장치.
  6. 제 1항 또는 다음의 항에 있어서, 사이드벨트(5,6)와 플로어벨트(4)가 롤러(9,9a)에 의하여 움직여지는것을 특징으로 하는 모듈라 컨베어 장치.
  7. 제 6항에 있어서, 컨베어모듈(1)의 선회가능한 단부에서 롤러(9a)가 스프링(11)에 의하여 지지되는 것을 특징으로 하는 모듈라 컨베어장치.
  8. 제6항 또는 7항에 있어서, 롤러(9,9a)가 공모양으로 형성되어 있는 것을 특징으로하는 모듈라 컨베어장치.
  9. 제 6항 또는 하기의 항에 있어서, 롤러(9.9a)의 아래 플랜지에 탄성에지가 설치되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 모듈라 컨베어장치.
  10. 제 1항에 또는 하기의 항에 있어거, 플로벨트(4)와 사이드벨트 (5,6)가 공동의 구동부에 의하여 치형벨트(14)와 평치차(15)를 통해 구동되는 것을 특징으로 하는 모듈라 컨베어장치.
  11. 제 1항 또는 하기의 항에 있어서, 플로어벨트(4)와 사이드벨트(5,6)가 치차(19)와 인버트 치형체인(18)에 의하여 구동되는 것을 특징으로 하는 모듈라 컨베어장치.
